It was a comfortable stay.

Property was very clean throughout. The rooms were cleaned every day and were spotless. Location was in a quiet area but a little bit out of the way from everything so you really need a car, or bus stop was a couple of streets over which was convenient. Our stay there was comfortable. I think it’s a little overpriced for what it is as it is just a basic hotel.

Breakfast was bland and repetitive, not much choice at all. Bread seemed stale 3 mornings running, bacon/sausage was either burnt or under cooked. The eggs were sometimes cold. You can’t buy any other snacks or food throughout day so basic hotel. I was shocked when we went to check out and pay for drinks we had had throughout our stay, the first day we arrived I asked where I could get milk from for cup of tea in our room so they gave us a cup of milk, then at the end of our stay I could’ve believe they actually charged us for a small cup of milk. Also no kettle in room ( I took me own), no ironing facilities in room ( I took my own). So just basic hotel. They tried their best to get us to pay extra for upgrade on room, and don’t think they were too pleased when we refused and just stuck with what we originally paid for. Not sure if I would stay here again.

An unpleasant stay due to the hotel deciding, upon check-in, to change our reserved room to a triple room and charge a “small difference” of €150 (for 3 nights) for a child aged 2 years and 8 months, using the excuse that the child is closer to 3 years old (even though the hotel policy states that children up to 2 years old stay free of charge).

Nice hotel, great pool .

My husband asked for some tomatoes as a side to his meal , at the pool bar . they were not on the menu . He did get a small plate which had plenty of sliced tomatoes . However when we got the bill he had been charged 10 euro , which I think is a bit excessive . Apart from that everything was great .

Wonderful stay, great staff and perfect for a relaxing break

The staff were amazing!! incredibly accommodating and was very impressed how a lot of the staff, at least behind the desk were able to shift between languages (from Italian to German to English depending on the guest), the room was wonderfully sized with an incredible view of the lake and kept exceptionally clean. The breakfast was perfect set up for our day.

We was second time in this hotel and second time we get wrong, dark room. Isolation is bad so i can hear other guests. We was reserved room with wiew on garden and get room with wew on other rooms. Staff is so rude so i hope that is our last time in this hotel.

Stayed in a nice renovated section of the hotel. Beautiful lake view and sunsets from our apartment. Excellent location if you have a car to explore Sirmione and beyond Two minutes walk to the lake front and a nice swimming area, Free covered parking on grounds Nice breakfast buffet

Unacceptable sign in the kitchen of our hotel apartment saying that guests are expected to clean the kitchen upon departure and take out the garbage and that "the final cleaning, not performed by guests, will be charged on their bill." This was NOT in the terms of the reservation and created unnecessary stress. Shared facilities are very dated and in need of renovation

Very Good if you want a cheap hotel in a great location

Sirmione is a great location (if you don't travel a lot by boats on the Garda lake). The pool was good, the staff is very helpful

When you order room with a view on the garden, there is no actually view, you see all other buildings and rooms (the garden somewhere outside of the view). We asked for another room, even we have booked a superior room (nothing superior, just regular room). I travel a lot, even in 3 star hotels superior must be better, so finally we got another room with 40 euro supplement, there was a view to the garden and a little bit of Garda lake.

We enjoy staying in this hotel. Good location, in the night very quiet and the breakfast vas delicious (we liked duration od breakfast - from 7:30-10:30). Rooms were clean, every day new towels.

It will be perfect if they will add some play elements (slide/swing...) for children.

Pool area was good, we liked table tennis as well. Breakfast was decent.

We didnt recieve room number that we expected. Air conditioning didnt work for first two nights and was mended only for last night. No extra small things like slippers, bathrobe or water kettle. Very small garbage can, which was annoying.

Short vacation without kids :)

It is located in a quiet area, close to lake Garda. We had a room with great view on the lake and it was very clean. They have a clean swimming pool with crystal-clear water. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were fine with good coffee, though nothing extraordinary. Overall it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Anlage Um den Pool hat einen Scharm von einem Supermarkt Parkplatz. Ich habe selten in meinem Leben so eine schlechte Poolanlage gesehen. Allerdings sehr sauber und gepflegt.
