Lovely stay would return

Great place but shame about other residents. We reported an issue with our bedroom light and they came and fixed it the next morning. Good they provided towels for the pool.

Needed some tlc, cracked tiles and cupboards coming apart. Sun loungers need cushions and not to be cracked. Noisy neighbours in attached apartments, slamming doors, tv on full blast and watching TikTok videos on the balcony next to our bedroom after 1am. Someone kept leaving the gate open, then someone left us a note blaming us.

Quiet and relaxing in a great location for us.

Located in a quiet area, apartment was great for a couple, pool was ideal.

For some people I would suggest it’s a bit far out from the main area of town, however there’s a regular shuttle bus to use.

Comfortable place for a small family in a great location. Communication and check-in/out process was very easy.

The apartment is a bit outdated, especially bathroom, fridge, doors and sofa should get some repair.

Adorable, highly recommended

The property is absolutely adorable and in a perfect location to go to Sirmione old town as well as visiting other surrounding areas. Paola is super responsive and very helpful. It’s an absolute bargain, I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend a lovely time near Sirmione

The only tiny thing I was a bit sad about was the swimming pool being unavailable this time of the year. I was hoping to lay by it. Just a minor detail though, compared to the lovely stay.

Exceptional

Everything was spotless clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of extra covers and towels. Our host was lovely. She give us information on the local area. Best restaurants etc. Few minutes drive to the castle and the thermal spa. Will definitely come back.

Wish the pool was open on warm day's, but I do understand that it's the cleaning involved and the time of year.

The apartment overall was nice. Location, amenities and furnishing. Walking distance to the beach and necessary stores. Paola as a host was super! She promptly attended all of our questions and requests.

Air conditioning could have been better. The ac was good but installed at a place which did not provide good coverage.

Good for a long stay

The staff is really helpful from day1 with clear direction where to enter the property and to park the car. The room is spacious with balcony. Full kitchen set if you want to do some cooking. They have a coffee machine to offer but you will need to bring the coffee cube yourself

Great place!

We had a great stay. The flat is nicely furnished, the pool is spacious and clean. The host is always available and helpful. The flat is walking distance from a beach and the little city center of Colombaro di Sirmione. Totally recommend!

The balconies have no net, so mosquitoes can enter in the evening.

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. Had everything we needed for a family of 4. Lovely big balcony with beautiful mountain views. Paola was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcomed. Nice swimming pool which the children loved, in a quiet little street just a couple of minutes walk away from lake garda.

The bed's mattress was too stiff for our liking. The bedding had a bit of damp smell.

Odlična lokacija

Super lokacija, 40 minuta hoda laganog do centra Sirmionea, blizu plaže, blizu trgovina i restorana. Dvorište objekta i bazen predivni. Paola ljubazna, dostupna, susretljiva.

Jedina zamjerka apartman. Dosta zastario s vidljivim oštećenjima. Klima, iako piše kako je u cijeni, nismo mogli koristitit jer nije bila previše funkcionalna. Srećom nije previše bila potrebna jer nije.bilo vrućina.Kad smo stigli, nisu neke osnovne stvari bile dostupne - kuhinjski ručnici, tekući sapun, deterdžent za suđe, spužvice, metla, ali je gđa Paola odmah isti dan sve donijela uz ispriku.

Bon emplacement pour visiter le lac de garde et ses alentours, excellent accueil, Angela nous a tout très bien expliqué et nous accueilli chaleureusement. Appartement très propre, piscine très agréable et très propre, lit confortable, endroit calme, sécurisé et paisible, très beau jardin, appartement pratique et bien agencé.

Mobilier globalement vieillissant et connexion à Internet lente et parfois instable, présence massive de moustiques, des moustiquaires seraient utiles.

Hyggelig ferielejlighed i dejligt område

Skønt sted med dejlig pool område og perfekt beliggenhed. Få minutter til søen og til restauranter. Vores velkomst fra Angie var helt super og hun gjorde alt for at vi skulle føle os velkomne 🤩

Det var småting, men afvaskning af døre og gardiner var lidt tiltrængt, men det er nok svært hvis folk åbner vinduer så vil der sætte sig smådyr i gardinerne. Af service manglende der lidt glas.

Tolles Apartment mit wunderschönem Pool

Pool, Lage, Anlage, gesichertes Grundstück mit Tor und privatem Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe innerhalb des Privatgeländes. Mein Mann, unser 4-jähriger Sohn und ich haben hier bereits zum dritten Mal einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht ♡ Tolle Liegewiese am gardasee direkt vor der Tür und tolle Restaurants :)

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Mai. Würden wieder hingehen!

Sehr gepflegte Garten- und Poolanlage! Sehr gute Wohnungsübergabe. Abschließbare Gittertüren an den Balkontüren! Schöne Terrasse mit genug Sonnenschutz. Genug Spüllappen und Hand- und Badetücher. Wechsel nach der 1. Woche. Rasches Handeln bei Ameiseninvasion am Badefenster. Nahe Lage am See. In einer halben Stunde fussläufig in der Altstadt bzw. an der Schiffsanlegestelle. Shuttlebus fährt aber leider erst ab 10 Uhr.

Das schon in die Jahre gekommene Mobiliar. Kühlschranktür sieht aus, als würde sie nicht richtig schließen, dies wurde überprüft, Befestigung zur Holzverkleidung ist wohl das Problem. Couch ist schon etwas durchgesessen. Geschirr sollte reduziert und dann vermehrt auf Sauberkeit kontrolliert werden. Wir hatten teilweise schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank. Haben festgestellt, das der Geschirrspüler nicht immer alles sauber schafft.
