Our apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area of the city, near the railway station and city center. It is an ideal place to appreciate the beauty of the Cinque Terre reachable in only 5 minutes by train, or by a wonderful boat trip. However, by bus or car you can get to the close villages of Lerici, San Terenzo, Tellaro and Portovenere.
In the city of La spezia you can visit the Lia Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art CAMEC, the Museum of the Seal.
From La Spezia you can reach in a short time many Italian towns and cities: Genova (100 km approx), Pisa (98 Km approx), Firenze (about 150 km), Lucca (100 km), Siena (210 km approx), Parma (120 km approx.) Milano (220 Km)
It is also an ideal place for weekends.

Me and my partner are very happy with this accomodation. It was very clean, very cute and the owner was an amazing host. She gave us some useful tips and overall, the communication was very easy. We would definitely reccomend staying there, if you would like to be in a calm neighborhood with great view from the balcony.

The accommodation was very good. It was small but perfectly adequate for two people. With about 5min walk you could quickly reach the city center of La Spezia and with the bus L and S you could quickly reach the beach to Lerici. Anna Maria is a very friendly and trustworthy person and we had a nice stay. The information about the apartment and the photos are in accordance with the information on the website. Unfortunately, the neighbors in the house are quite loud what sometimes a real disturbing factor. We would book the accommodation anytime again!

Anna Maria's apartment is adorably cosy - perfect for two, catering to our little holiday splendidly. It even has a balcony! Everything was clean and Anna Maria was very kind and conscientious, even picking us up from the station! Unfortunately there was no WiFi. It isn't in the centre of town, but only 6min walk to the station and 20min walk into town. (Note the apartment is higher up than town so there are a lot of steps!) La Spezia has a host of restaurants and shops and the harbour is pretty but we would recommend spending at least a day travelling through the Cinque Terre. Would thoroughly recommend!

"Exactly as described on the site and as you see in the photos, very close to good public transport and near for visiting all the beautiful sea resorts along the coast. The owner was very welcoming and accomodating our arrival and departure times. Ideal base for trips to the lovely "cinque terre"

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Kostenfreie Parkplätze stehen an der Straße zur Verfügung. Man sollte unbedingt die Hinweise zur Anreise von Anna Maria befolgen, sonst schickt einen das Navi woanders hin. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht weit vom Bahnhof und vom Zentrum entfernt, es geht aber sehr steil bergauf - entweder über viele Treppenstufen oder steile Straßen. Das war für meine hochschwangere Frau und unsere zweijährige Tochter nicht immer ganz so einfach. Dennoch kann ich diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen - entweder um La Spezia zu erkunden oder mit der Bahn in die Cinque Terre zu fahren (oder beides).

Pretty much anything you could want or need is nearby and within walking distance. Visiting nearby towns like Cinque Terre is easy by train and getting into the downtown area of La Spezia itself is about a 10 minute walk. Anna Maria Ricci and her husband are very nice and helpful! We had very lovely 2 weeks staying at their apartment!!

Anna Maria et son mari sont des gens charmants, nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés sur les visites et les accès bus, trains etc ... L'appartement est dans un quartier calme à 1km de la gare, 200 m de l'arret de bus et 1,6km du front de mer ( pour prendre le bateau) , nous avons tout fait à pied car bien situé ( mais il ne faut pas avoir peur des escaliers car le quartier est en hauteur ). Ideal pour visiter les Cinque Terre sans prendre la voiture.

Très bon séjour à la Spezia. Anna Maria nous a accueilli chaleureusement dans son appartement idéal pour 3 personnes, situé à proximité de la gare. Anna Maria nous a conseillé des lieux de visite et des petits resto qui valent le détour. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Seul bémol, il manquerait un petit micro ondes. A ne pas rater !

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti dal 26 al 30 aprile. Per arrivare in auto si devono seguire le indicazioni del proprietario, pena ritrovarsi incastrati in vicoli stretti, che spesso sono in salite piuttosto ripide. L'appartamento è accogliente e silenzioso, piacevole il pavimento in parquet, un po' stretto il bagno, la cucina sufficientemente spaziosa. Nella camera da letto dobbiamo dire che la rete metallica del letto affonda un po', avremmo sicuramente preferito una rete a doghe. Per il resto la posizione è discreta, dato che risulta abbastanza vicino alla stazione centrale ma la salita a piedi così lunga si fa sentire, sopratutto quando si rientra dopo aver camminato tutto il giorno.

nous avons passés un très bon séjour au "cinque terre"c'est juste MA-GNI-FI-QUE après les avoir visités nous sommes allés à Lerici - tellaro - liguerie etc... la location à la Spézia correspondait à notre attente l'appartement très propre bel immeuble calme le seul problème est le stationnement les propriétaires très accueillants nous recommandons cette location

Très joli petit appartement fonctionnel, décoré avec goût, bon rapport qualité-prix et à deux pas de la gare qui nous a permis de rejoindre les 5 terres aisément ainsi que le centre ville où nous avons pu visiter le château, les musées..... Anna-Maria très serviable nous a cherché à la gare et nous a bien conseillé sur les excursions a faire et comment se déplacer en transport en commun. Situé sur la colline, il faut monter 100 marches environ pour accéder au logement directement sinon possibilité pour les moins sportifs de faire un détour et d'arriver par le bus mais l'avantage d'être sur la colline c'est que même en été, l'appartement reste au frais car il y a toujours un petit vent qui souffle en hauteur. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le recommandons vivement et y retournerons avec plaisir.

L' emplacement est idéal pour visiter Porto vénère et les 5Terres La gare est à 500 mètres environ et les bus sont facilement accessibles. Nous avons choisi de nous déplacer en transport en commun et avons stationné notre véhicule devant l' immeuble. la rue est calme et le secteur tranquille. l' accueil de Anna Maria en français est agréable et elle fourni tous les renseignements. Par contre il faut rajouter 15 euros de Ménage + 2.50e par personne et par jour de taxe de séjour !!! L' appartement est très propre. Manque un micro onde et la cafetière est à l' italienne...lol la clim de la chambre est efficace Concernant la visite des 5terres, c' est une arnaque à touristes en juillet Aout. trop de monde (bain de foule) et des trains qui ne fonctionnent pas. Seul la moitié des chemins pour lequel on paye un droit de passage sont ouvert. Les stationnements sont difficiles dans tout le secteur et toujours payants c' est pourquoi il est plus simple de prendre le bus ou le train pour se déplacer. Les villes de LERICI et PORTOVENERE sont beaucoup plus agréables à visiter.
