Beautiful quaint property with spacious rooms and stunning scenery! Idyllic with lovely dogs and cats to welcome you to your stay. Breakfast was delicious and generous and we did not leave hungry. Adrian and Douglas were very accommodating and friendly people. We had a great time and only wished we could have stayed longer.

I stayed at Splatthayes whilst in the area for work. Ordinarily I play it safe and go with a chain hotel on these sort of visits, but I am so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone on this occasion and went with this B&B. The hosts (Doug and Adrian) were very welcoming and friendly, but also respectful of our privacy. The house is beautiful and full of character, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We slept soundly and had a delicious, satisfying breakfast each morning. I would fully recommend Splatthayes.
