    Had a great few days staying here, staff very helpful and the breakfast was good. Hotel needs an upgrade and freshen up tho.

    My only issue was with the key card lock system. It worked fine from outside the room door so you could enter. However the internal security bolt of the lock did NOT work as it had been badly installed - Not aligned with the opening in the door frame. Reported but it was not fixed whilst there.

    The room we stayed in is in desperate need of an upgrade. The bed was hard. Shower attachment didn't work. The bathroom still has a pink suite. However the staff were helpful and friendly.
