Felt very safe in the house as solo traveller. Very relaxing. Close to town, but in quiet side street. Short walk to the lovely Exmouth sea front and all it offers. Friendly, helpful host. Considering how hot the outside temperature was, the room cooled down and I slept well on the comfy bed. Good shower. Use of lounge with small fridge. Good tea and filter coffee. Fresh milk. Large TV. Very clean. Will stay again. Good value.

The location was excellent short walk for all I wanted to do. Julie was amazing and very accommodating. Would highly recommend a visit.

Place was clean and tidy. Julie was very welcoming and great host. Would stay again when in Exmouth.
Parking is a minor issue but we did park outside briefly to unload our luggage and then we parked at the Imperial Road long car park which is a 10min walk away.
