Excellent location and large comfortable 2 bedroom flat with full kitchen and dining room area. I would definitely stay again. Having a dedicated parking spot so close to the city was incredibly convenient.
The WiFi was via sim card router so only had reasonable speed in early morning and late at night. This made working difficult and the television continually buffered catch-up/streaming content. Live television was fine. Fan in the bathroom was broken, but the owner responded quickly and said this would be fixed once we departed as the repairs were likely to be disruptive. I appreciate that the owner was so conscientious.

Bathroom could do with some attention. Mould patches on the ceiling. Decor needs attention / repainting.

Perfect Location. Had everything we needed. Bedding and towels lovely.
A few bits need a bit of tlc. The fan in the bathroom was a bit hit and miss. Noisy when it decided to come in. Couldn’t work the lounge heater for what we needed. The utensils in the kitchen need an update.

Location was brilliant, walking distance to almost everything that we needed.
Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the place. I needed to rewash all the cutlery and dishes as they weren't cleaned properly. The dishwasher needs a good clean (it looks like it has never been cleaned), hence I washed everything by hand.
