Good location. A bit isolated but a small price to pay for the calm and tranquility.

The Host was super, the apartments were big and the amenities and the view from the apartment was great. Enough parking spots.
The Location is far from anything nearby, if you want to disconnect, this place maybe for you, but with 2 kids, the nearest market or restaurant was 10 minutes plus away in the middle of the mountains. The road leading to the apartment was narrow and very dark at night.

Great spacious mountain villa with a nice fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with good working shower (bathroom is new). Nice view from the terrace. It’s a 30min drive to La Spezia and Lerici.
Don’t be surprised to meet some legged-nature inside the house because you stay in the mountains😉

The house has magnificent view over the mountains. It's located in tranquil countryside area, with a good connection to bigger village, with cafes, grocery stores, pizzas, etc. It's located within 5 minute walking distance to a lovely river where you can take a swim. The house is very cosy, very clean, perfectly organized so that you can find everything you need for staying there. It's trademark is cleanness and perfect equipment. Perfect place if looking for staying in a real Italian but extremely tranquil countryside, with lots of places to visit within relatively quick drive.

La disponibiltà dell'host nel risolvere dei problemi relativi all'alloggio
L'abitazione, seppur molto gradevole alla vista, ha problemi seri di umidità, rendendola più simile ad una cantina e quindi insalubre, problema relativo sicuramente soltanto alla stagione invernale, in estate sarà sicuramente un paradiso. Fatto sta che le pareti con pietra a vista grondano acqua, non e presente un deumidificatore, essenziale per un ambiente così.
