The first floor offers an open-plan kitchen with dining room and a double living room with fireplace, overlooking the garden and pergola for beautiful summer evenings, as well as two bathrooms with showers and toilets, and a laundry room.
Upstairs you will have 5 bedrooms (4 large), and a third bathroom with WC.
The first floor is equipped with a hallway air conditioning and all the windows of the house have mosquito nets.
The archaeological site of Luni, the mythical white marble quarries of Carrara, the medieval Malaspina castle, Versilia and the Cinque Terre, are among the closest tourist places (by train or boat).
During the day, you can visit Pisa and its tower 50km away, Collodi and Pinocchio Park (80km), Florence 100km away, Lucca 40km away and many other cities in Tuscany.
The small village nearby (20 minutes walk) offers a mini-market, a pharmacy and other small shops. The beaches of Marina de Carrara can accommodate you, or rent a boat in Bocca di Magra.
