This beautiful villa, located just 500 meters from the 'La Fustera' beach in Benissa Costa, offers breathtaking views over the sea and is an ideal destination for a luxury holiday. With the charming town of Calpe just a stone's throw away from shops, restaurants and a supermarket, you can enjoy the perfect combination of tranquility and convenience. A car is recommended for ultimate flexibility.

The villa is ideal for groups of 2 to 16 people and offers a perfect holiday experience both in high season and outside of it. In high season the villa can be rented for a minimum of 7 nights, but outside of the season you can adjust the length of your stay and the arrival and departure dates to your liking.

• Views and terraces: Enjoy panoramic sea views from the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, pool and various terraces. The large covered terrace offers plenty of space to relax, with lounge, tables, chairs and an extra fridge.
• Swimming pool and Jacuzzi: Dive into the private 10 x 4 m swimming pool or relax in the 6 person jacuzzi. The pool is heated by a Full Inverter Duratech heat pump, for a perfect temperature.
• Complete outdoor kitchen and lounge: The villa has an outdoor kitchen with fridge, freezer, sink and kitchen appliances, ideal for dining. In the shaded basement you can relax and enjoy the lounge and outdoor toilet.
Spacious layout for all guests
The villa is spread over 2 floors with 5 bedrooms and sleeping facilities for 14 people. There is a double sofa bed in the TV room for extra flexibility. The 3 bathrooms are modernly furnished. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and offers direct access to the terrace with spectacular sea views. The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.
• Ground floor: The entrance hall leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, the living room and kitchen with access to the terrace.
• Floor -1: Offers 3 bedrooms, including 2 with sea views and private terrace, plus a TV room and an additional bathroom with shower and bathtub. 1 bedroom has a private bathroom.
• Floor -2: The pool level with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for ultimate convenience.

• Parking facilities: The villa offers space for 3 cars and has a garden shed with lock for bicycles (ideal for cycling).

• Car rental: For added convenience, we offer 3 fully insured vehicles (VW Caddy 7p and Citroën Jumpy 8 and 9p) with a secure parking space at Alicante airport. You will enjoy a shuttle service to/from the airport where you will be given the car keys by the parking manager.

Rental prices depend on the season and the number of people. Prices include water, gas and electricity (from May to September, with the exception of pool heating). Outside these months, energy costs are calculated based on meter readings.

Hi the garage houses 5 or 6 washing machines and dryers and people arrive without any warning to use the washers or dryers they also have a key to the internal garage door. If you pay for the electricity chances are you won’t be getting a refund as they don’t give you the correct meter readings or inform you where the meter is apparently it’s behind the shed. Owner states it’s on a different meter I am not too sure about that.

House with lots of space, apart of pots, dishes and dishwasher everything was clean at the arrival
Pool water was troubled but good enough to swim.
Some kitchen equipment could be replaced
Communication with Yves prior to arrival was a bit slow, the lady in place very good.
All over a very good place I’d recommend

Overall, We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were fantastic, the pool and jacuzzi were great and aircon in every room helped a lot. Majority of rooms were lovely and welcoming, spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. The kitchen has seen better days and could do with a refresh, but everything you need is there. Same can be said of the outdoor kitchen area. With a couple of spiral stairs perhaps not suited to elderly or people with disabilities but no problem for younger families. The area is nice and secluded and a car really is advisable, although you can use ubers/taxis for a small fee. The nearest town of Calpe is beautiful. The owner/manger were easily contactable. Thanks for our lovely stay.

We had a lovely holiday once we got in. The Villa is very spacious,
we had a few niggles however these didn’t effect our holiday, the sun was shining and the kids loved the pool, the out door kitchen was far from fully equipped we found 1 pan 1 glass 2 forks and there was no microwave, we managed by loading a bag and bringing our drinks glasses and snacks down to the pool, the steps down to the pool are not very practical so didn’t want to do to many trips up and down, I wouldn’t recommend these for toddlers or the elderly, we paid for the pool to be heated and this was well worth it, we didn’t use the hot tub as it was above 40 and it was to hot despite a man coming to fix it, that said we didn’t worry as the pool was enough for us.
We used the coal bbq that was down near the pool table and hot tub as there wasn’t a gas one on the balcony as it states in the Villa description, this worked fine.
We arrived late that was on us as we couldn’t get decent flight times, moving forward I would suggest there’s water and loo roll in to tide guests over until they can get to a shop to purchase these, we had to find a garage open late at night and it was a 15 min drive away.
The man who looks after the villa was very helpful and give me his number incase we needed anything, we didn’t need to call.
