El apartamento es superbonito y con una amplísima terraza y jardín. La piscina de la urbanización super cuidada y limpia. Ubicación ideal a 5 minutos de la playa y poco mas para darte un paseo al pueblo y puerto.

Esta todo muy bien tanto la ubicación a 5 minutos de la playa como el interior con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y una muy buena terraza con patio de césped artificial, en general muy contentos 👌
Las sábanas son cortas en las camas y falta alguna pincelada de pintura por algún sitio

The property is in a good location and Denia is a great town
The photos in the adverts are misleading as the apartment does not face the pool. The check in is not till 17.00 which is very late and they don't offer an alternative time and the arrangement to have to pay a €250 cash deposit is very suspicious.
