Denia was a lovely place to visit and the apartment was chosen specifically for its location

location was extremely good we could walk to the beach and around the town and marina very easily all within a short distance

the beds were very uncomfortable it did not help that the sheets were not cotton and there was paper/plastic mattress covers

Had a lovely time in Denia

Location of Elegance is good and we have stayed many times

We had booked the two bedroom apartment with terrace however when we arrived were disappointed as we only had a balcony. We did question this with the owner who said the extra money was for the en suite and could not understand what we meant by terrace. Having re-looked at the photos the apartment with terrace does not show a balcony. It seems the information on here is mis-leading.

Buen apartamento

Esta todo muy bien tanto la ubicación a 5 minutos de la playa como el interior con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y una muy buena terraza con patio de césped artificial, en general muy contentos 👌

Las sábanas son cortas en las camas y falta alguna pincelada de pintura por algún sitio

Ich empfehle dieses Appartement sehr, da es kostengünstig ist und nah am Zentrum ist. Aber man darf von der Ausstattung

Gute Lage, kurzer Weg zum Strand und zum Stadtkern Denia. Appartement war geräumig, grosse Terrasse und süsser kleiner Garten. Der Pool war sehr schön und das kleine Nichtschwimmer Becken ist super für kleine Kinder. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist von Vorteil aber vorsichtig, ist sehr eng :-) Klimaanlage war vorhanden im Wohnzimmer und Hauptschlafzimmer, im Kinderzimmer nicht, aber war für mein Kind nicht relevant. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und man wurde per WhatsApp kontaktiert, ich fand das sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Der Wohnkomplex ist riesig aber alle sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sicher

Es gab zwar ein kleines Putzmittel Set (je 1 taps für Wasch/Geschirrspühlmaschine, Schwamm und Tuch), welches aber nur für kurze Zeit hält. Also muss man eventuell Putzmittel kaufen. Die Möbel sind ein bisschen alt und es hat nicht alles in der Küche, aber da wir Familie in Denia haben, haben wir von ihnen Sachen ausgeliehen. Ich empfehle das Appartement wenn man mit Auto anreist und Selber Sachen mitnehmen kann oder wenn man viel unterwegs ist.

Muy buena ubicación y la urbanización con piscina genial

Esperábamos algo más del apartamento en sí. Estaba perfectamente amueblada pero literalmente vacía. Pese a llegar un día festivo, entramos con un solo rollo de papel higiénico en toda la casa por ejemplo. Poca ropa de cama, por la noche hacía fresquito y no teníamos opción de poner algo más a alguna cama. Había lavavajillas y lavadora pero no había productos para ninguna de las dos. El baño sin papelera y sin jabón de manos. También me parece que se pide mucha fianza de entrada y en metálico para lo que es. Como digo, hubiese sido genial llegar y tener un poco de cada cosa básica que cualquier persona necesita para convivir unos días, no hubiésemos tenido ningún a pega. A pesar de todo hemos pasado unos días geniales.

Apartamento muy cómodo, con bastantes utensilios de cocina, camas cómodas,con parking, fuimos a todos los sitios andando,cerca del puerto,del castillo y de los supermercados. La playa a 5 min a pie. La piscina genial y un detalle dejarnos entrar antes al apartamento.

La única pega que habría que tener más vasos.

déçue de l'emplacement rez de chaussée qui est sur une rue très très bruyante énormément de circulation dès 6h du matin jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit, photos de l'emplacement sur booking pas conforme à la réalité, pas de piscine car en travaux hors il est noté piscine a l année, pas de repos pendant nos vacances très déçue

De ligging is super, vlakbij stad en centrum. Complex erg schoon! En de host, Leticia, is super aardig en behulpzaam!

We vonden alleen het appartement voor 4 volwassen personen in de winter net iets te klein. Voor zomers is het prima. Als we weer naar Denia gaan boeken we zeker weer hier maar dan wel een iets ruimer appartement!

bequemes Appartement in günstiger Lage in einem sehr schönen, belebten Küstenort

Die Lage des Gebäudes im Ort ist ideal. Stadtzentrum, Strand und Supermärkte sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Gemeinschaftspool sehr groß und tipp topp gepflegt. Ein kleines Fitness-Studio und eine interessante Bibliothek mit einer großen Auswahl außergewöhnlich guter Literatur in spanischer Sprache (!) haben uns gut gefallen.

wegen der zentralen Lage ist es hin und wieder auch etwas laut ( Verkehrslärm ) Zum Glück nicht nachts ! Ein Wasserkocher wäre noch schön gewesen, aber der ist eh sehr selten in Spanien anzutreffen..
