Excelente casa en pleno centro
Excelente ubicación y una casa muy cuidada y espaciosa. Mucha facilidad para alojarse con perretes.
Aunque había de todo, todos los utensilios de cocina necesitan reponerse, ya que había muchas cosas rotas o en mal estado. Las escaleras son un poco peligrosas (empinadas y estrechas). Para nosotros no era problema pero si alguien tiene poca habilidad, tendría que tenerlo en cuenta.

Tolle Lage für Denia, großzügiges , großes Haus mit antiken Möbeln
Die Lage von diesem Haus ist sehr gut, dicht an den vielen Restaurants. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, nur zum Strand ist es etwas weit. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig im Erdgeschoß, großes Wohn- Esszimmer. Die Einrichtung ist eher antik, muss man mögen. Moderner, großer TV. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt, vielleicht zum ausgiebigen Kochen etwas eng, haben wir aber auch nicht gemacht. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und der Service bei Problemen war gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten z.b. erstmal keine W-Lan und dann war auch die Gasflasche einmal leer, aber alles wurde gelöst.
Die Ausstattung war leider teilweise nicht so gut. So gab es z.b. nur ein einziges Weinglas, naja. Auch war bei Ankunft kein WC Papier im ganzen Haus zu finden. Haben wir dann selbst gekauft. W-Lan ging nicht und das Passwort musste auch erst erfragt werden. 2 Glühbirnen waren auch kaputt. Alles so Kleinigkeiten, aber man hat den Eindruck hier könnte mit noch mehr Herzblut agiert werden. Der Innenhof ist sehr klein und war mit ebenso kleinen Metallstühlen ausgestattet, die waren nutzlos. Eine Dachterrasse gibt es nicht, nur ein Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon. Das Bad fanden wir auch etwas klein und auch nicht sehr schön.
