DENIA Seaside and Port Apartment

Great location everything worked, all the items you need for a comfortable stay, wash machine, dryer etc

´Sandunga, El Conserje´ sets a very high standard. This huge, newly refurbished apartment is literally minutes from the marina and beaches. Everything is of enviable quality; the beds are impossibly comfy with gorgeous soft throws and pillows. The kitchen is practically professional – all new 5* brands of appliances and absolutely everything one could ever possibly need, including 4 different types of coffee maker!! The arched breakfast bar has big comfy, high stools that double as brilliant bar stools while we made frozen margaritas from the massive kitchen. Dénia is a gourmet destination with many nice places to eat out, but it can be exhausting trying to choose somewhere that everyone likes. Being able to comfortably enjoy a meal every now and then in the beautiful comfort and ease of Sandunga was so easy. We can´t understate the location of ´Sandunga, El Conserje´ it´s so central, we got to see so more in such a short time because it´s so well situated. You can literally be in the water inside 10 minutes by foot. So, a couple of facts that might help; the apartment is in a one-way system, but it´s permitted to park for a few minutes to unload, there is an elevator, the apartments underground parking space is less than 2 minutes’ walk away (this is extra) there is a big supermarket around the corner. The soundproofing provided by new modern windows throughout is brilliant and we´re sure with both shutters and nets – the apartment will cope really well in the summer. WIFI was strong and everywhere. The apartment works hard to offer other features which more than compensates for the lack of a terrace/pool. We really had a restful time at Sandunga. Highlights of our trip this time was discovering the walk from Restaurant La Sendra to the Punta Negra…literally on the beach and it goes on for miles, plus it´s paved. We also loved ´Cata´s´ Tapas Bar in the back streets behind the Fisherman’s cottages – fresh, local, varied and made with a lotta care.

Nothing,. As long as you´re clear before you go that the accommodation does not enjoy a pool nor terrace (but there´s a lovely view from the roof...)

Alojamiento perfecto para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Para 2 familias con hijos es ideal. Muy amplio. Cocina muy grande y bien equipada incluso con secadora y lavavajillas. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Bien situado.

no me gustó el hecho de que se tenga que abonar una fianza, bastante elevada además, la cual te devuelven una vez verifica el servicio de limpieza que todo está correcto, lo que puede tardar unos días..
