The apartment made our short stay so much better.

Great apartment in the heart of the old town, with a terrace capturing the afternoon sun. The apartment well furnished and small details appreciated like hairdryer and bench seat.

Steep stairs and one banister a bit loose. A smell in second bathroom though gather from recent rain.

Great accommodation in a quiet location and an enjoyable stay.

Location on a quiet road was fabulous. Easy to find with shops and the beach not far away. Facilities were good and apartment very spacious

The power plug on one side of bed kept shorting the fuse. There were other power points so not really an issue, but this should be fixed. No bedside lights.

Decent with drawbacks

No aircon in the main living area - lounge diner, kitchen which made that room unbearable and unusable. Also the property is advertised with parking. There is no allocated parking, only street parking of which there was none. So we had to park a 10 minute walk away.

Would recommend leaving a bottle of water in the fridge for new guests. Nice touch doesn’t cost much and sometimes people not able to buy one is out of hours and have luggage

Rustic apartment that has all the charm of Denia, close to everything.

This apartment was very nice, the vaulted ceilings really added to the charm. It was two buildings from a street that is loaded with local - non touristy restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very spacious. The apartment was in the heart of Denia and an approx 10 minute walk from the Marina. We would definitely stay there in the future. We checked in at the last minute, and it was easy to get in touch with the staff and enter the apartment. It has a key code you use to enter and it’s easy to access.

Very authentic Spanish property. Very comfortable bed. Great quality bedding, pillows and towels. Fantastic location in the heart of the magic of Denia. Excellent shower with lots of hot water. Lovely little balcony.

A very enjoyable experience altogether - we had a great time and is highly tecommended-

It was excellent- near the town centre, very comfortable, airy and a nice vibe in the place.

Nothing but just to let you know There is a slight problem with the showerhead beside double room where water flow is uneven -- it still worked though which was fine. As regards the area we hired a car and the small streets were awkward to manoeuvre around but that is the charm of the old town (they weren’t made for today’s cars !!) we still managed and a map of the area would be very helpful to give us some idea of the lay out of the streets.

The apartment was perfect for us and we would stay again if it is available.

The apartment was a 5 minute walk to many various restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Short walk to a grocery store so would be easy to have a longer stay.. Communicated easily in English with the host using WhatsApp to get the key instructions. Apartment was heated comfortably as it was cold outside. It was very quiet in the apartment considering how close we were to a busy pedestrian street.

Hard to access with the car. Parking is a bit further so you need to walk with your suitcases quite a bit to reach the accommodation.

Super top floor apartment.

Lovely big top floor apartment. Great balcony with late afternoon/evening sun. Good location in the old town. Close to restaurants and 5 minutes walk to the port. Easy check in and Valentina was really helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location and access to local restaurants

Details of the key box location and code were provided in a WhatsApp message on the day of arrival. The apartment is large and roomy. Two bedrooms one with twin beds was not used by us. The apartment was in a very good location with plenty of local restaurants nearby. Only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping area or 10 minutes to the Port. The apartment was adequate for our five night stay. The main bed was particularly comfortable and we slept really well. It's very quiet and we didn't hear any noises from our neighbours.Parking is available circa 8 minutes walk away at Carrer de la via for approximately 15 euros per 24 hour period. The apartment was clean and tidy and had a very good shower and good hot water. If we visited Denis again, we would stay in this property again.

Difficult location to reach ny car to enable bag drop off. Access through very narrow streets with tight turns and high kerbs. Need to be very careful when driving especially any car bigger than a mid size cross over. No parking outside the accommodation. Parking is available circa 8 minutes walk away at Carrer de la via for approximately 15 euros per 24 hour period. No lift available to apartment so be prepared to climb 32 steps. Normally ok but can be tricky with 22kg bags. Two toilets in the apartment, albeit there was a strong drainage smell from the smaller one, we kept the door closed. There was a kitchenette area which we only used to make drinks. There was cups, plates and cutlery but no wine glasses. The fridge freezer is very noisy. There is a small balcony but nothing pretty to look out on. The settees were low and not very comfortable and the TV was all Spanish with no British channels available. Heating was via an air con unit in the Lounge and an electric radiator in the bedroom. Both were adequate but i'm not convinced the radiator thermostat works correctly as the heat unit glowed in the dark and the cable to the wall plug became very hot. After a night of rain we received a visit from Valentina and a workman. My wife was in the bedroom getting ready to go out. They wanted to inspect the bedroom for damp. The wall was darker in one area but we were assured it had been fixed and they were just checking all was ok. I guess my only other concern was the positioning of an electrical plug socket within inches of the sink in the en suite area. Whilst I'm sure adults would not go near it I do feel there is a risk to safety especially if children went near it.

Good quiet location with nice patio

Great location central to everything and near the castle, clean, cosy, very quiet, nice to enjoy the lovely patio balcony.

didn't enjoy the steep, narrow stairs as you immediately open the front door, then further stairs up to my room which was number 4, in fact 34 stairs in total, luckily i didn't have much luggage! There was limited kitchen utensils, no oven tray, even just a foil tray would have been useful. No proper wine glasses, just these awful plastic goblets that were more like sundae dishes! Oh and the noisiest fridge/freezer ever! In the main bathroom the toilet seat was broken and no toilet roll holder! No blackout blinds in the bedroom area so wasn't able to sleep past sunrise. However this is a nice place to stay and lovely host and would probably stay there again if in Denia.

Great apartment in the town centre, close to all amenities.

Great location in the centre of the town, but nice and quiet. It was easy to find and access the apartment. It's worth noting that the stairs leading up to the apartments are very narrow, so may cause a problem for those with mobility issues. Our apartment had a little terrace which was appreciated and had plenty of space to chill out. Good shower.

The washing machine didn't function properly (we successfully did one load, but it broke down on the second one). We managed to open the machine and rescue our clothes, but it caused a mess and it was something we could have done without! The owner tried to be helpful, but in the end we had to sort it out ourselves. The apartment is in an old building and suffers a bit from damp. The whole place could probably do with a bit of sprucing up and TLC.

Centrally located and comfortable

This apartment is in a great location. It is in a quiet area, very close to the castle, 10 mins walk from the beach, and 10 mins walk from a large supermarket. The decor is charming, the beds are comfortable, the wifi is good. The little patio was a lovely place to sit at sunrise/sunset.

The kitchen is only minimally equipped, with barely enough crockery and cutlery for 2 people, let alone 4. The cleanliness was only just acceptable. The apartment needs better general maintenance. It is very difficult to reach the property by car, which is a problem if you need to drop off heavy luggage. The nearest underground car park costs €16 per day and is also very difficult to drive to/from the apartment.

Don´t try to drive there with the car - the streets in town centre are too narrow for cars. Leave you car outside the city walls and walk.
