Excellent location. Right across the street from a great grocery store and Denia Park (a small fair for kids). The pool and playground onsite were wonderful for our long stay. Waking distance to multiple beaches and a store called ecohome where you can pick up anything you need for your stay. Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in Dénia with this as our home.

The apartment and everything in it is dated. It is inconvenient that the property management company has limited hours. Although the staff did respond quickly when the washer broke with laundry stuck inside and when we locked ourselves out, I have to wonder how stuck we'd be if it had happened later in the evening. You need to carry a physical key everywhere - to get into the complex but also to get out (which honestly seems like a fire hazard), to access the pool, your building, and your apartment. So it was secure but a bit of a hassle since the doors all lock automatically. We got locked out of the apartment and couldn't leave the complex to get to the property management office for help.
