Great property in superb location

Superbly appointed property, fantastic location, right in the heart of the Denia Old Town.

The property was beautiful, just lacking a bit more outside space, so that you could relax outside after a days sightseeing.

Excellent central location but very quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean. Quality of the bedding, towels was excellent.

It would have been good to have a few basic complementary items such as : coffee, tea, sugar, salt so that I could make a drink on arrival.

Clean and modern, need restaurants and beach

The Bea duplex is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids, but it cannot properly accommodate 4 adults. The reason is that the two people staying in the living room must pass by the double bed to access the toilet, and the two mattresses in the living room are too small for adults. The communication with the owners was also quite strange. There were too many emails, written in Spanish and very long (made me confused with 3 apartment rented I received around 21 emails ) many instructions about what needed to be done , what not to do etc. And what needs to be done before leaving. At one point, I asked for their WhatsApp contact so I could send them a picture of the fine we received and get an explanation of the reason written on it.because it was in Spanish. Their response was very odd: they started by saying if I was making them responsible for it and were kind of aggressive. Sometimes however their messages were nice (first days) but at other times they were not. It almost felt like two different people were replying.

La ducha

El aluvión de mensajes del propietario con toda clase de instrucciones llegando a ser agobiante. Las camas son excesivamente duras. La luz que se filtra del patio interior que se activa de manera automática y se filtra a través de la puerta del dormitorio continuamente. No nos hemos sentido a gusto. Está ubicado en una zona muy descuidada del casco antiguo, sucia y apartada. Esperaba muuuucho más, desde luego no concuerda con la descripción de "lujo". Relación calidad precio no adecuada.

TODO, es perfecto, muy limpio, unas calidades que nunca he visto en apartamentos de alquiler, cuidam hasta el minimo detalle, todo nuevo, las camas muy comodas, la ubicación es ideal, hemos venido encantadas, recomendable 100%, y sobre todo darle las gracias a Joaquin por su simpatia y por el trato recibido.
