Centrally located in the “Old Town” district of Denia, this recently renovated 3-bedroom second floor apartment with lift is surrounded by cafes, bars, shops and supermarkets and within 20 mins walk of the beach (Punto De Raset Beach) – the historic centre, port, marinas and promenade are all within a short walking distance. The bedrooms include a large double with en-suite bathroom and walk in shower. The other bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles) share a separate shower room and toilet accessible from the main hallway. This large 125 m2 apartment is light and airy with south easterly facing rooms with large double-glazed windows, integrated mosquito nets and lightweight insulated exterior sun/night blinds. All the rooms have ceiling fans with LED lighting throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has an island with breakfast bar. The living and dining room are air conditioned with access to the corner balcony and views of “Montgo” (the mountain behind Denia) and along “Paseo del Saladar” toward the port. Other amenities include smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment has an access ramp and steps at the main entrance and a lift to all floors from the main lobby.
