La casa en general es estupenda, amplia, habitaciones cómodas y bien equipada. Ascensor que sube desde el parking hasta el apartamento. Urbanización bonita, bien cuidada y con dos piscinas grandes y dos pequeñas. Al lado del casco urbano pero con la tranquilidad de estar más alejado. Y lo mejor es que está a una sola calle de la playa.

Tranquil, net, a 10 minuts del centre de Dénia a peu. Amb piscina.
Vam trobar a faltar tovallons de paper, fregall per a escurar i sabó per al rentaplats. Res que no es puga solucionar fàcil!

I appreciated that the owner left 2 beach chairs and a surf board for my 8 year old. Everything in the apartment was fine and as in the pictures. It is walking distance to the beach.
It would be nice to leave more than 1 roll of toilet paper and another garbage bag.

Location is perfect for beach and also a nice walk into Denia town. Pools are nice and complex is well maintained,
Air conditioning wasn’t great - non existent in bedrooms. Had to buy fans to make it more bearable.
