This is the perfect place location wise for Denia.

Close by all amenities. Directly opposite the beach. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Staff extremely helpful and accommodated all requests willingly and without question.

A break in the sun

Location is excellent.Very spacious accommodation . Basic but very clean.

No cushions on beds around pool. But that could possibly be a Covid issue.

- very friendly owner - very good location and Seaview - size of the room, AC, swimmingpool - tv + Wi-Fi - cleanness, kitchen with most amenities

- room needs a renovation, a bit of "80's" deco (specially the WC)

Very good

Bed v comfortable. Water was piping hot. Seaview was perfect. Plenty of storage space, safe, iron and ironing board. WiFi excellent in room 8.

Some of the kitchen appliances were very old. Bathroom was fine but needed an updated shower and a bath map to stop slipping. Had problems with lift opening on our floor sometimes. No English speaking channel on TV. No contact from reception after check in to see If we were ok.

Location is great, close to the beach and the bars and restaurants. It also has a nice small pool and it never seems busy.

The wifi is not reliable. This is the only negative point as everything else was great.

Sea views and loads of space and extremeñy clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Wifi dropped in and out a bit and there was a limit to the number of devices connected

Lovely short breaktamk

The staff were excellent and he spoke very good english. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. There was a lovely little pool with loungers. Beautiful views over the beach and sea. It was on a main road but it wasn't a problem crossing as there were plenty of zebra crossings. The double glazing worked well. Will stay here again.

The noise of the cars. Not many, and it would not bother some people, but i had to close the windows at night. It was much better

Very nice studio overlooking the beach. Very confertable bed, nice kitchen, we ate in the whole week end .close to a market and mercadona. It s also close to town with restaurants. The staff is absolutly very friendly. Showing us all different routes to the Montgo.

Buen sitio para descansar

Muy amables los anfitriones. Nos dejaron entrar antes de tiempo y siempre es de agradecer. Vistas espectaculares y terraza cubierta muy cómoda que aprovechamos al máximo.

Mucho ruido de coches, pero eso no es culpa del apartamento. El ayuntamiento debería limpiar las algas que inunda toda la playa. Esas cosas pueden perjudicar a los alojamientos de la zona.

Bonitas vistas a la playa

Me gustó la cercania a la playa y al puerto. Que tubiera piscina y gimnasio. Ascensor. Y Vecinos muy tranquilos.

La playa estubo llena de algas todos los días que estubimos alli. Cosa que parece sencilla de limpiar y a lo que el ayuntamiento de Denia no parece importarles

La playa enfrente y el estar cerca del centro.

No es que no me gustara, pues a pesar de tener tiempo los apartamentos, estaban muy bien. Yo cambiaría la cafetera por una de cápsulas e italiana antes que la que hay.

Un apartamento agradable con vistas al mar!

Las vistas al mar, no necesitas coger coche para ir a la playa, la tienes al lado!!! El anfitrión nos dio facilidad para la llegada y salida, respondía rápido a los mensajes. Quizás por que era temporada baja, pero nuestra estancia estuvo tranquila y todo fue muy cómodo.

Mi estancia ha sido a mediados de octubre (esto hay que tenerlo en cuenta). Estudio espacioso, muy tranquilo, sin ruidos de ningún tipo, enfrente de la playa. Vistas al mar, por tanto.Tiene aparcamiento. El colchon y la almohada bien. Esta a 10 minutos andando del centro de Denia. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena.

La cocina y el baño son un poco antiguos, pero están limpios y cuidados. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Excelente localización y relación calidad-precio

Excelente atención por parte de Ximo y todo el equipo. Perfecta localización porque puedes ir caminando a la zona centro. Sin problemas para aparcar cerca, si bien tienen plazas de aparcamiento propias. Apartamentos amplios con cocina y aire acondicionado y una estupenda nevera con congelador Amplia terraza cubierta con grandes ventanales frente a la playa (a la altura de una atracción gratuita con toboganes, simulando un pulpo) Todo muy limpio y no faltaba un detalle, como plancha y tabla grande. Dispone también de una lavadora de gran capacidad, muy económica a partir del segundo uso, Muy cercano en coche a la bonita Javea y sus calas

Lamentándolo mucho, no volvería ni lo reocmendaria.

No estaba limpio y olía a humo todo el día. Lo informamos pero no se solucionó. Se nos estropeó el baño e intentó ayudarnos el chico pero sin éxito, 24h sin usar nuestro baño y salir a mitad de noche al apartamento del lado… Se nos juntaron muchas cosas… La piscina tiene MUCHO cloro, a la bebé le salieron ronchas rojas. Actualmente no se mantienen con cloro, sino con sal.

Verano 2025 Denia en pareja

La ubicación con la playa en frente, el aire acondicionado siendo verano y teniendo en cuenta que ha habido ola de calor, la opción de aparcar cerca (el parking propio lo encontramos lleno, pero hay dos de piedra cerca). También nos gusto que tuviese cafetera, microondas… (es básico pero no siempre hay).

No tener disponibles más toallas (solo un juego para 8 días), rollos de wc escasos, sin jabón de manos, el grifo del baño echaba el agua para todos los lados… No son cosas indispensables pero marcan la diferencia. Sabemos que pidiéndolo quizás nos lo deis, pero a veces de vacaciones no quieres perder el tiempo.

Lo ofertan cómo con terraza y no es tal. Es con acristalamiento. No está mal pero no es terraza.
