First great time in Denia

We liked a lot how well the apartment was equipped. It was close to the city beach and the city center of Denia. There was plenty of free parking around.

Some part of the apartment might require extra maintenance but it was not detrimental to our experience.

Great apartment in a quiet area of Denia.

The apartment was clean, bright and homely. Located in a quiet area but within 15 minutes walk from the centre and the port.

Disappointing. Noisy. Lots of flies.

The apartment's location is good, an easy walk to castle, port and town centre. Mostly clean but needed a bit more dusting.

The apartment is VERY noisy. As a purpose built unit I would have expected some soundproofing. The neighbours upstairs were constantly scraping furniture across the floor and could be heard walking around. The neighbours next door put tv on at about 6am every morning and were very noisy, shouting and banging doors. One of the worst things was an infestation of tiny black flies in the apartment. I had to buy fly spray and fumigate every day only for them to return again. I don't know where they were coming from as the windows were kept shut. Would not recommend this place at all.

Great, beautiful apartment

It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable. The host was quick to respond to questions. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Very disappointing stay, felt uncomfortable with the property manager and owner

The location was close to the beach (if you have a car)

Seemed clean in the beginning but while staying in the apartment, we noticed that the silverware was dirty and there was black mold in the shower. The soap dispenser wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests and looked rancid. The worst part though was the communication with the person, who managed this apartment. We notified them half way into our stay that the toilet seat got loose (probably because of a loose screw, which happens) and asked if they could bring us more toilet paper. Instead of helping us by sending someone over, they claimed we broke the toilet seat and later threatened us by deducting it from the security deposit. I have pictures of the seat, nothing is broken, the seat just needs to be installed properly. So we had to use the toilet without a seat for the rest of the stay, because we did not want to actually break it. Also we asked for more toilet paper, which apparently you have to buy yourself (did not have this issue with other apartments I booked through booking, that’s why I am loyal to booking and do not use airbnb). Which is fine, but the communication was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Instead of helping us, the manager of the property mocked our language. For the check out, the property manager came with the owner of the apartment and they came in asking us aggressively what our problem is, when we have just asked for help prior in the messages. As three girls we felt super uncomfortable and I would stay in this apartment ever again or in any other apartment if the owner, nor do I recommend it to other girls. The behavior of both, the property manager as well as the owner, was unacceptable and I have never experienced this is previous stays through booking. Very disappointed.

Lovely host and good location. Spacious apartment and very clean inside the flat. Good value as everything provided if you wanted to self cater (which we didn't) but good to have the option.

Basic base for Denia but can be noisy.

The location cannot be beaten. Mercadona is on the doorstep (very big Spanish supermarket) and you can almost sneeze and hit the marina, restaurants and interesting sites. We had dogs with us and it was perfect for them too!!!

Very noisy neighbours! Lots of furniture moving and loud conversaciones. We only needed one night so great as a stop over but I wouldn't be able to enjoy it to the full being such a light sleeper with the bin men turning up around 6.30am either.

Tenía absolutamente todo lo necesario para estar. Muy cómodo también por ubicación, supermercados, parking en la calle y cercanía al centro, puerto (andando) y a la playa (5min en coche).

Las almohadas eran muy gordas. Si pusieran dos más para así poder elegir, sería perfecto.

Excelente apartamento para una parej

Llegamos en plena ola de calor así que el aire acondicionado nos salvó la vida, no tuvimos problema para aparcar en la puerta del apartamento. De la playa estás a diez minutos andando, que si vas con niños se puede hacer pesado. La ubicación es buena porque está cerca del túnel que te comunica con el pueblo, que estás a un paseo.
