Great apartment, great location in nice town

This is a stylish modern apartment with really nice fittings. The two bathrooms were really useful for a family. Comfortable beds, 3 balconies. Plenty of kitchenware provided. Aircon is very effective and easy to control unlike some other properties. Excellent location in the old town with a view of the castle and a 2 min walk from a pretty street with a large variety of decent restaurants. Supermarket on adjacent block. Isabel is a friendly host and we got by just fine with a bit of help from Google translate.

Not a criticism of the apartment but while we were there, the underground bins on the street were being emptied during the night, which was quite noisy. Slept fine with ear plugs though.

Could be a beautiful apartment, if properly cleaned and prepared for guest arrival.

Location and size

Cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. Shower trap blocked and no action was taken by the owner when it was reported. Towels were hard and poor quality - they need to be replaced. Dirty dishes and burned pots not acceptable to leave for use. Dirty cleaning items such as sponges & dishcloths not acceptable. Almost empty bottles of cheap body-wash left in bathroom/ should be disposed before new guests. Old and broken clothes pegs need to be replaced. Hairdryer missing filter mesh and unsafe to use. Strong odour when dishwasher is operating- once again needs to be cleaned. Mould of bathroom ceilings needs to be cleaned. The apartment was very dusty and you could write your name on the mirrors. Overall lack of cleanliness is a big issue.

Exceptional

Superb, comfortable stay in Denia. Great location for the restaurants, castle and shops, and the tram and Alsa bus for day trips to Calp and Gandia. Very nice and cool bedrooms, lots of space and great living and kitchen area. It was a pleasure to stay here, and easy to access help when needed.

Nothing to dislike, but there is no lift, which is fine if you have light luggage or minimum.shopping to carry up the stairs. We had no issues.

The apartment is amazing. 10/10. Very spacious with 3 lovely balconies. Great central location. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want and more. Isabel was very nice as well, thanks for receiving us! Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Denia.

I was really happy and everything was perfect. I will be back as soon as possible.

The appartement is located in the city center. All important commodities, like supermarkets, shopping area, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, the beach and as well as the "Castle" can be reached withing 5 minutes. As for "Corona": The "Glorieta clinic" was also only 10 mins away and I could walk there to get my Corona PCR-Test. The view is exceptional! The blue sky as well as the CASTLE and the mountain "Montgo" can be admired. There are 3 balconies and you'll always will find a place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or your coffee in the morning whilst admiring the wonderful view. The small streets of the old town are very romantic, especially by night when the street lamps are offering their "golden light". I was happy and enjoyed every minute in this very thoughtfully and completely renovated place which was equipped with everything you may wish. Coffee and tea can be prepared and also a fully equipped kitchen provides everything to prepare a meal. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which with day-light which is very useful. Isabel is a very nice and friendly host who was always there in case a question arose. In my opinion this place deserves 10 points out of 10. I will be back as soon as possible.

La ubicacion muy buena, cerca de todo. Isabel que nos entregó las llaves del piso fue muy amable.

Hacia mucho calor y el aire del comedor no enfría lo suficiente, faltan tazas para desayunar y la cama no me pareció realmente comoda.

Apartamento muy bonito con ubicación perfecta.

La casa era muy bonita, habitaciones súper amplias y todo estaba genial. Nos encantó. Muy bien ubicada. El coche lo dejamos aparcado el primer día y no lo cogimos en los cinco días que estuvimos. Tanto la playa como la zona de bares etcétera estaban a unos minutos, dando un paseíto.

No tienen ascensor, que ya lo sabíamos antes de ir y lo pone claramente, y son tres pisos que se subieron andando sin problema pero para que lo tengáis en cuenta si tenéis sobre todo problemas de movilidad. Para nosotros no fue ningún problema que no lo hubiera.
