The property is in a great central location but with its thick stone walls, feels very peaceful. The apartment is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the outside space is a bonus.

There are rings to cook on but we were surprised to find there is no oven.

Spotless clean. Apartment is fully equipped. There was a problem with hot water on Sunday and owner fixed it straight away. Private parking is a big advantage in Denia. No outside view but for me that wasn't a problem.

Rental property key Info sent in advance , easy to understand, immediate response from the owners when messages sent..great to have a garage as car parking was very limited. Owners Resolved an issue we had immediately and more than happy to help throughout the holiday.

Good value stay

easy check-in and check-out nice parking garage super clean comfy bed good shower super nice and helpful host convenient location, within walking distance to the old town, Castell de Dénia, Mercado, shopping street, and restaurants. The washing machine is very nice, it has a drying function. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, which is really nice. We like a lot of things about this place.

most nights are quiet, but sometimes we can hear the street noise, maybe we are the light sleepers.

lack of surfaces and storage and mirror in the bedrooms thought there were 2 en-suite bathrooms, but just one prope bathroom and a toilet with sink and washing machine in - a bit tight to manoeuvre!!

Ideally located, clean, comfortable with secure off road parking.

Clear, helpful communication via text prior to arrival. The welcome pack of necessities, secure car parking and central location, 5 minutes walk from the heart of Denia couldn't have been better. The two double rooms were spacious with air conditioning throughout and the small outside seating area at the rear of the secure parking area a welcome bonus given the central location of the accommodation.

While the shower could have been bigger, the property was well fitted out with modern facilities, it was bright, airy and perfectly located, not just for access to the main roads but also for the main restaurants in the town. Just remember to reverse into the garage, it makes everything much easier.

Our stay at Casa Estrella y Casa Carmen was a delightful experience

The property is spacious , very clean, and nicely decorated. It is very well equipped, and everything was working perfectly : ac, wifi, washing machines, etc. Great location as well , in a walking distance to the castle, the entertainment area, beach, marina. We were grateful for the welcoming basket, as we arrived late. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, ready to help with advice . We couldn't choose better .

Superb

The adjacent enclosed parking space is a luxury in this area and much appreciated. Recently reformed, very effective air conditioning (essential in a heat wave), very clean and sufficiently equipped! The location may not suit those looking for easy access to the beach, but is very good for the downtown area. Quiet, also, not easy in such busy urban areas.

The lack of windows to the street adds privacy and eliminates noise but could be a bit claustrophobic for some. The outdoor sitting area, while welcome is in an enclosed patio shared with the car parking and thus not very attractive. While shiny new, and not pretending to be luxurious, a couple of details would be welcome: the nigh tables are tiny and the lights not meant for reading in bed (though a tv in each room may explain what most would do). The 2-seat sofa is comfortable enough but there would be no seating for 4 occupants other than the dining table chairs which would be uncomfortable beyond a meal… But for the size and if not expecting to be home much during the day, it is a very nice place! Not cheap, but then neither is that area at this time of year!!

The location was super. We also liked the starter food pack and the dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods which were included. The host and hostess were both very helpful.

Lovely little apartment.

Having such a beautiful home-from-home. We could cook all the things we normally have at home. It was great being able to keep our tandem bicycle in with us. So close to shops and attractions and a simple walk to the port area. A great little apartment all round.

No tea towel to dry the dishes. Not enough toilet roll for our 8 night stay., or dishwasher tablets. Just little things that could easily be solved.

Estancia agradable, lo recomiendo.

La verdad que todo muy bien. Céntrico muy cerca de la calle Loreto donde están todos los bares , ayuntamiento, tiendas , garitos para tomar algo . Me tocó la planta baja que es de una habitación a pie de calle y no se escuchaba nada , buena insonorización. Salvador el anfitrión muy bien , me comunicaba por wasap y me contestaba enseguida, los detalles de café, galletas un 10. Lo recomiendo 100%. Volveremos sin duda.

Excelente sitio para alojarte cómodamente en Denia

Todo, es una casa independiente bien organizada para estadía cómoda de hasta 4 personas, tiene 2 habitaciones y 1 baño y medio. Lo que más me gustó fue que tiene garaje dentro de la misma propiedad, un pequeño patio y cocina bien equipada y lavadora. La verdad, es una excelente opción en Denia. El anfitrión, Salvador, muy amable y paciente de todo, nos permitió dejar equipaje y el auto, una hora más mientras salíamos

Lo único que encontré, fue el espacio de la ducha muy estrecho, el baño es amplio, y cómodo pero la ducha pequeña
