The apartment could be improved.

The location is good. Close to the town centre and the beach. The host is responsive. The kitchen was functional and had enough equipment for our five-day stay, which was a plus. There is a secure parking.

There were quite a few issues with the apartment, particularly upstairs. The toilet does not flush properly. It takes a lot of effort to get it to work. The bathroom drawers were not clean; there was hair and some grease around the handles. We were given three toilet rolls, but two were almost used up. The shower pressure is very weak, and there isn’t a proper space to hang or dry towels. The bed linens and towels are very worn out. Although there were extra sheets and pillows in the wardrobe, they were in poor condition and not appealing to use. The air conditioning upstairs takes a long time to cool the room. Downstairs, one of the drawers was full of random items like used sunglasses and old books. The balcony furniture is partially broken, and the sofa in the living room is dirty. However, overall, the apartment felt poorly maintained and did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price we paid but there is a potential if the small details can be improved.

Dis-appointing. over priced but location good

Location, view and sunny terrace

Could have been cleaner. Lacked proper facilities , no drawer space, bedside tables or lamps in bedrooms , No mirrors in property other than in bathrooms. Kitchen kettle to small for 4 people had to request change from keyholder but only given hob top kettle which took for ever to boil. Needs larger modern electric kettle. No sharp preparation knives, no oven dishes, no pegs for washing and no dish clothes. Galleria flooded during rainfall. Downstairs bathroom small, shower door leaked and toilet seat loose. Comfortable enough but based on what we paid for stay property needs to be better equipped. Overall disappointed.

Very good

The apartment building itself is not very fancy but the apartment itself was clean, big and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony of the mountain was lovely. Some construction going on around the area but that is to be expected. We were a little jealous of the swimming pool that we could see in the grounds of the next complex, but otherwise the apartment was perfect for our needs.

Great family apartment

Loved the space. Loved the terrace. The layout of the apartment. The cleanliness. Comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Great white goods ie washing machine, dishwasher etc. Great location, both convenient for the beach and the centre.

Wished that the air conditioning worked better in the main bedroom although the other units worked great. Wished some extras had been provided like paper kitchen towel, washing up sponge and liquid, and one other sharp cutting knife, so 2 people can prep a meal, but we're just being pedantic because basically everything was fab!

BUEN APARTAMENTO PERO SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO ARRIBA

La ubicación, la distribución y el equipamiento

El aire acondicionado de la planta de arriba no funciona y cuando se lo comunicamos a la persona que gestiona la casa nos dice que ya lo saben y que nos llamará para ver si puede darnos una solución, jamás nos devolvió la llamada para darnos una solución. Si son conocedores de que el aire no funciona lo menos que deben hacer es comunicarlo a los inquilinos y que ellos valoren si les interesa o no.

Super appartement très bien situé avec vue sur mer

Emplacement idéal à 5 minutes à pied du port, 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et 15 minutes à pied de la mer/plage. Appartement très confortable avec une terrasse avec vue sur mer. 2 étages avec deux salles de bains (et 3 chambres) ce qui permet aux couples d'être indépendants et aux enfants d'être ensemble. Il y a par ailleurs une place de parking sécurisée ce qui est très pratique car le quartier est très fréquenté le soir donc pas de souci pour se garer.

Quelques équipements non fonctionnels (presse agrume en rade, machine à laver avec un souci pour l'essorage, absence de grand plat pour la cuisine) mais ce n'était pas l'essentiel

Ruim en schoon appartement op een top locatie.

Top ligging! Je loopt zo het centrum in en naar het strand. Groot appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt, ook een eigen parkeerplek onder het complex in de kelder, dat was helemaal top ! Het balkon was perfect en echt genieten, prachtig uitzicht.

De dame die ons ontving sprak geen woord Engels, enkel Spaans. Maar met Google Translate kwamen we er goed uit. Dus eigenlijk geen minpunten!

Piso amplio y cerca del centro

Estaba cerca del centro de Denia y de la playa. El piso muy amplio, las camas grandes y suficiente espacio para todos.

Quizá el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones de arriba no funcionaba del todo bien, aunque había un ventilador.

Lo amplio del apartamento, las terrazas y la ubicación

No había cafetera tipo italiana, nosotros llevamos café molido pero al no haberla tuvimos que ir a comprar cápsulas tipo nexpresso.
