La ubicación. Los apartamentos estan bien pero muy dejados.
No poder utilizar la terraza al estar todas las salidas de humos de los restaurantes de abajo justo en ella. Lo que no permite disfrutar de ella y es una lástima.
La limpieza en general del inmueble dejaba que desear.
El estado de las cosas estaba como muy dejado todo.
