Superb location and hostess in Denia.

The property is in a great location, near the port, the tram station and the town centre. There is a supermarket nearby and many restaurants and tapas bars nearby. The property is very well appointed and full of whatever guests need. Barbara our host was fantastic and we were vey happy with our stay.

Lovely house, great location.

The property was very well located and fully equipped. The owner was lovely.

The house is really close to the centre of Denia. This meant that finding a parking space in the town centre was sometimes a problem but this was a price worth paying for us.

This beautiful property was absolutely perfect for our visit. It is situated in the “heart of it all” with regard to restaurants, tapas bars, grocery shopping and other shops. The Marina is only steps away and is perfect for walking and jogging. Denia Castillo could almost be touched with our fingertips from the fabulous rooftop patio, and in addition to the Castillo, we had views of the beautiful sea. Our host provided everything one could possibly need, even down to boxes of tissues in every bedroom. And speaking of bedrooms, the beds were very comfortable, and every bedroom had a private balcony. Thank you Barbara

Best place to stay in Denia!

My family stayed here during our wedding and it was amazing! There were 7 people and everyone was very comfortable. Best of all the hostess was very prompt in her communication and meeting her at the location to get the keys was so easy. She showed us all around the house so that we understood how everything worked and made us aware of all the great features of the property. She even had some juice, milk, water, and cava stocked in the fridge for us! The property is beautiful! Wonderfully renovated and with a very classy style featuring wood banisters on the beautifully tiled stairs, gorgeous art everywhere, and nice appliances. The little courtyard off the kitchen is cozy with plants and space to eat along with a nice grill, and the terrace upstairs on the top floor is fantastic with views of the castle and sea. This is by far the best place to stay in Denia!

Excellent, well located property. We plan to return!

The house was very well equipped with all home comforts and was as welcoming as its Owner! An unusual and delightful layout with all the touches of a beautiful well-loved home. The rooms and furnishings were very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the equipment needed for cooking a main meal.

Perfect Location and Stylish House

The house is located near the Castle and very near numerous restaurants, yet is quiet and stylish. It is extremely clean and spacious, with a top floor roof terrace with views of the Castle. It’s extremely well equipped with everything you could need, and there is a cheap public car park at the back of the house, as you’re unlikely to find a space on the street. Barbara and Scott are excellent and communicative hosts.

In love with this house!

Great house, is really comfy. Also is we were in 8 we still have space for more people. No queue for the toilet as there are 4 bathroom. Big spaces for chilling all together. The house is in the city center so you can reach everything. Barbara is a great host, friendly from the first moment! If we are coming back to Denia for sure we are coming back here!!

The Denia Town House is a perfect spot for a Denia Holiday for a family or group.

We loved the house. The view from the top terrace was glorious - with rooftops, Mediterranean, the Castle and Mountains. The location couldn’t be beat, it was steps from everything, in the heart of the old town with restaurants just around the corner, the beach about 6 mins walk. But inside the house it is private and quiet- with lovely artifacts and design. Barbara was super welcoming and helpful

We wish we could have stayed a bit longer! But we headed out to our next spot on our southern Spain itinerary.

La casa era amplia. Estaba muy muy bien equipada, y además tuvo el detalle de dejarnos, leche, agua, zumo de naranja y hielo. Nos puso facilidades para abandonar la casa unas horas después de la concretada.
