La tranquilidad, el silencio, las piscinas y su horario. La amplitud del apartamento. La existencia de los principales electrodomésticos. Cápsulas de café para la cafetera.
La falta de almacenaje en la cocina para los alimentos de despensa. No estaría de más un producto adecuado para la limpieza de la placa de cocina y algo de detergente para la lavadora..
