How can you rent out an apartment when you got the painters????

Close to the beach, Aldi, Restaurants and a nice cafe before the door. The bed was good and the TV big. Microwave, washing machine and dishwasher available.

There was construction from 8:00 in the morning till 16:00 in the afternoon! Terrace was closed! Workers directly before the windows/doors! No chopping board in the kitchen, knives were dull. Kitchen and bathroom run down but clean. Appliances worked.

Great location, difficulty parking and no cleaning products provided.

The location was great and the beds were comfy.

Had to pick the keys up from an office not near the apartment, luckily I was second in the queue but there were about 12 others queued up behind me. Following that the instructions to park the car were underground parking, you couldn't have fitted a fiat 500 in the space and I had an SUV and it took 30mins to turn the car to get it out of the underground garage it was very stressful. Also there were a lot of rules possibly necessary but seemed excessive finally check out was 10am and checking was 4pm 18hrs accommodation for the price was a bit saucy.

It was ok

The location and the house.

The cleaning the floor was dirty. My 11 month old nephew was crawling and after 5 mnts he was all dirty and also that there was only one dishwasher table, the end of the bottle of the firy dishwasher. They were so pushing with the cleanness by the end of our booking but we didn’t receive the place as cleaning as they request us.

Perfect stay except for construction noise

Location was perfect with a ample size pool, parking and pleasant greenery planted

Next plot was very noisy from 8am to 5pm daily due to a huge building construction. The plant machinery noise was unbearable.

Denia itself is lovely

I have sent an email no reply. My partner sat on a chair on the balcony on 2nd day which colapsed he had a bruising to his face and hips as he hit the wall as chair went. No communication as should have filled in an accident form. The apartment we was in was next to petrol station so could smell fumes all the time not the best vacation and was a break to celebrate my partners 60th. Couldn't do much on the 3rd day as my partner was in pain just an apology and an email would have been nice

El apartamento no coincidía con el de las fotografías. Reservé un apartamento para mi madre y le dieron uno que no tenía nada que ver con el publicado en Booking, aún habiendo llamado para confirmar que coincidiría. Le dieron uno con vistas a una gasolinera. Horrible.

Es el apartamento más sucio y más incómodo que he visto en mi vida, y he estado en países como India y Thailandia !! El suelo no lo habían barrido en meses, puertas con grasa y celo para sujetarlas, toallas y sábanas con manchurrones, el baño daba asco entrar !!cama super incomoda.. una estancia asquerosa y una pena ya que soy de la zona y me da hasta vergüenza que la gente se vaya con ese pensamiento.

Lo mejor del alojamiento es la localización y las dos terrazas, una de ellas com vistas al mar

La comunicación con el alojamiento fue un poco complicada, cada vez que llamaba me daban una información distinta respecto al check-in; al menos la última persona que me atendió, lo hizo bien. No había cosas básicas como bolsas de basura y al llegar, estaban todas las toallas dentro de una bolsa de plástico en el sofá… la cafetera estaba con manchas por dentro del café de los inquilinos anteriores; creo que no cuidan los detalles

Pesadilla en el Carlton 02 de Vacaciones y Bienestar

Lo único que me gusto fue la ubicación

El Apto me lo entregaron sucio, electrodomésticos que no funcionaban, los muebles deteriorados y algunos rotos, la pared del salón con una buena roza, soluciones cutres para la colocación y funcionamiento de algún electrodoméstico ( microondas ) o las mesillas por ejemplo ( en lugar de poner un pomo de tirador ponen cuerdecitas caseras )...y lo peor de todo fueron las rejillas del aire acondicionado llenas de partículas. Si eso estaba así ..como estaría el conducto del aire!! Por razones de salud no lo utilizamos. Pedimos que nos diesen otro apartamento a los de Vacaciones y Bienestar pero dijeron que no disponían de ningún otro cuando lo suyo hubiese sido que nos hubiesen facilitado otro Apto de categoría igual o superior al que habíamos contratado.

El apartamento que nos tocó estaba justo pegado a una gasolinera y por el ruido ma, l aparte del sofá que era bastante incómodo por lo demás pasable.

Buena experiencia.

La ubicación es buena, se encuentra en primera línea de playa y a pocos KM del centro, con jardín privado donde también se puede aparcar y acceso a la piscina, con puerta directa a la playa.

Un detalle importante es que el apartamento está justo al lado de una gasolinera, algo que en las fotos no aparece. Por eso recomiendo mirar bien las imágenes, informarse antes de reservar o llamar directamente para aclarar dudas. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes durante la estancia. La cisterna se atascó, aunque la repararon enseguida y la atención fue rápida. Queremos destacar especialmente a Gabriel, un chico muy agradable que incluso nos facilitó una sombrilla, ya que no teníamos toldo. Las llaves de acceso a la playa no encajaban bien en la cerradura y tuvimos dificultades para entrar.Además, echamos en falta algunos básicos: no dejaron botellas de agua y tampoco había jabón. Aun con todo esto, la estancia fue buena y pudimos disfrutar de los días,

No me gustó que la hora de salida sea tan pronto y no dejen flexibilidad, aunque el servicio de limpieza deba actuar realmente hay tiempo suficiente y no es cómodo para ningún huésped irse tan pronto.

Indecente alquilar al precio que lo hacen

La tele que era lo único que estaba en buenas condiciones. La ubicación hubiera sido buena ya que tiene acceso directo a la playa si no hubiera sido porque estaba junto una gasolinera.

El descuido del mismo. Mobiliario viejo, mal cuidado y no reparado. Bañera desconchada y mal reparada. Los armarios no cierran bien, los cajones de la cocina descolgados, el mueble del fregadero sujeto con cinta aislante. Poco menaje y las sartenes no había ni por donde cogerlas. No tenía a disposición ni gel ni champú, detalle que, ahora, ponen en cualquier sitio. En general era una caja de ruidos, las bajadas, el frigorífico, el aire acondicionado. Te exigen una fianza de 250 euros que luego tienes que reclamar y que en caso de no devolverla, entiendo que se la embolsan porque, como digo el apartamento esta hecho un desastre. 1800 euros por 7 días se merece, cuánto menos, instalaciones en condiciones, cuidadas y reparadas.

La cercania al mar y al pueblo de Denia

Esta pegado a una gasolinera con la consiguiente falta de intimidad y una vistas muy malas. La parte trasera de la casa tiene un acceso por el que se puede colar gente ya que esta cerrada con un palet que se puede quitar. Además le faltan cosas como jabones y algun gel de baño o ducha que no cuesta nada poner. El wifi no.funcionaba La entrada es a partir de las 16:00 y la salida a las 10:00 me parece una pasada que te quiten tantas horas del alojamiento.
