Excellent apartment, but disappointing bed and bed linen

Positives: Great size Fabulous terrace Great shower Very good to have w/machine and d/washer Very large fridge-freezer Full size oven and hob Good wardrobe space and plenty of other storage places Great, and secure, underground parking Very quiet during our stay there The 1.5l bottle of water in the fridge on arrival was very welcome. Konstantin was very helpful before we arrived, with useful information sent by WhatsApp, and during check-in.

Negatives: The bed was disappointing for such a good apartment. The mattress seems to have lost its shape and the bed frame creaks whenever either of you moves. Only one pillow per person, which is not enough. The bed linen is old and should, in our opinion, be renewed, as should towels. The aircon unit outside is incredibly noisy, although the cooling effect within the apartment is very good. However, the noise must be a nuisance to the neighbours. Although there is a coffee machine, and some coffee pods, there was no sugar, so maybe a small, simple welcome pack would be good.

Muy buen alojamiento, para repetir

El apartamento está nuevo, es muy bonito y está muy bien equipado, tiene todo tipo de menaje y utensilios que puedan hacer falta en un hogar. Incluso nos pusieron una cuna y una trona para nuestro hijo, han sido muy atentos con nosotros. Además, todo está muy muy limpio y ordenado. El aire acondicionado refresca toda la vivienda, nos ha funcionado genial en los días de mucho calor. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado, siendo posible llegar andando tanto a la playa como al centro de Denia. También hay varios supermercados y restaurantes a pocos minutos a pie. Realmente, la ubicación es muy buena. Dispone de piscina, pista de padel y aparcamiento cubierto, lo que hace que la estancia sea perfecta. La urbanización es muy tranquila, y está muy cuidada, lo cual también se agradece. En resumen, este alojamiento está genial, es totalmente recomendable. Esperamos poder repetir porque nos ha encantado.

Alojamiento bien pero malentendido con los propietarios

El alojamiento es muy bonito y acogedor, cocina amueblada, muy bonita la terraza la comunidad muy tranquila y muy amable la gente siempre saludan cuando te ven.

La verdad que el alojamiento es de 9, digo 9 porque la distancia a la playa no es la que indican en booking pone 600m pero andando a la playa mas cercana hay 1km. Pero el motivo de mi mala puntuación es una situación dada en el día de hoy que me ha sentado muy mal por parte del propietario. Los propietarios son una pareja que parecen ser del este de Europa, no hablan nada de español, la comunicación es en inglés, en el día de hoy, era el día del checkout, por lo que teníamos que dejar el alojamiento recogido, hemos puesto el lavavajillas para dejar todo fregado, hacer el desayuno para salir, etc el caso es que hemos sufrido una bajada del general de la luz y no encontraba mi pareja el cuadro general de la luz y yo estaba con las maletas y le he dicho pues ponle un mensaje si nos puede decir donde se encuentra el cuadro general para subirlo y no tiene mayor pérdida. El propietario ha llegado a los 10 minutos cuando ya había solucionado el problema y no me ha parecido nada correcta la actitud con la que han llegado, parecía un interrogatorio, que habéis hecho, que ha pasado, como lo has solucionado, que has tocado en el cuadro. Como he dicho el propietario no sabe hablar español y para no tener malentendidos con lo sucedido me ha dado uno de los dos teléfonos para yo contar lo que he escrito en el mensaje. Cuando lo estaba contando he visto en su otro móvil que estaba grabando toda nuestra conversación, lo cual me ha parecido horrible ese acto por su parte, a todo esto su mujer me estaba mirando como si hubiera destrozado el alojamiento, como si por ser una pareja joven hayamos maltratado el alojamiento o realizado fiestas o no se que pasaría por su cabeza. Agradecer al propietario que nos ha dejado una hora más para hacer el check-out después de lo sucedido. Sabor agridulce con este alojamiento todo iba tan bien hasta ese acto tan feo por parte de los propietarios.
