Peaceful location with easy access to Calpe's seafront restaurants.

Away from the busy seafront area but still easy to access the restaurants, shops, and bars. The view is amazing and the balcony is large. Sat up one morning to watch the sunrise on the ocean's horizon. The apartment block is very peaceful. It was great to have a 5-minute walk to the supermarkets. Communication with the host was brilliant, and they were quick to respond.

I wouldn't change anything.

Un disgusto inesperado

El apartamento dispone de dos terrazas amplias, una de ellas con unas vistas preciosas al mar. La piscina comunitaria está muy bien cuidada y la playa se encuentra a tan solo 10 minutos andando. Además, cuenta con lavadora y tendederos, y en las cercanías hay supermercados como Mercadona y Consum, lo cual resulta muy práctico.

La recogida de llaves fue caótica: solo había una persona atendiendo, que lo hacía lo más rápido posible, pero aun así tuvimos que esperar más de 45 minutos en una zona de difícil aparcamiento. En el anuncio y mediante un mensaje se nos confirmó que el apartamento disponía de aire acondicionado. Sin embargo, no lo tiene, y es importante dejarlo claro: este apartamento no cuenta con aire acondicionado. Ante nuestra sorpresa, al comunicarlo nos trajeron unas torres de ventilación, que evidentemente no sustituyen a un aire acondicionado. Durante los días de calor estos aparatos fueron insuficientes, lo que nos generó estrés y ansiedad en los primeros días de estancia. El mobiliario es antiguo y presenta varios desperfectos. La potencia eléctrica contratada es muy baja, por lo que no es posible conectar varios aparatos al mismo tiempo sin que salte la luz. Además, se rompió la manguera de la ducha (aunque en este caso respondieron rápido para arreglarla). El último día, incluso, el vecino de abajo vino a decirnos que habíamos inundado su baño. En cuanto al aparcamiento, tuvimos suerte de que la O.T.A. no funcionaba. De lo contrario, hay que tener en cuenta que toda la zona de alrededor es de estacionamiento regulado (zona naranja), lo que implica pagar por aparcar.

El check in y check out un desastre, no hicieron ir ambas veces a la tienda a coger y dejar las llaves,a la cual se tardaban 50 minutos andando desde el apartamento y no nos dieron la opción de dejar las llaves en el apartamento, pese a que había oficina en él. Por otra parte las pilas del aire no funcionaban, y a penas había Fairy ni papel higiénico, siendo el alojamiento mínimo de 1 semana. En general nos parece que la gestión dejó mucho que desear, haciéndonos perder mucho tiempo y molestias en nuestras vacaciones a parte de dinero en taxis.
