About this apartment rental
Apartment MIMOSA is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful and modern apartment building on the edge of the Bay of Calpe. The corner apartment has a spacious living room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a spacious terrace each and 2 bathrooms. From the front terrace you overlook the beautiful swimming pool and garden that is only accessible to residents of the residence. You also have a full view of the promenade, the beautiful coast and the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace at the back of the apartment also has a fantastic view of the mountains behind the Costa Blanca. All necessary infrastructure can easily be reached on foot: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, beach, hairdresser and much more. Because the apartment building is at the end of the promenade, you live very quietly and you have absolutely no problems with the other holiday makers. The guests can use a beautiful swimming pool, only for the residents of the complex, with a beautiful garden and this in privacy at a few meters from the promenade. The pool is guarded by lifeguards during the summer months so that you can let your children enjoy the water in complete safety. A closed garage can be rented separately on request.

2nd time we have stayed at this apartment and this stay was just as good as the last. Spacious and nicely furnished. Fab sea views from the large balcony. Location is good, bars, restaurants and supermarkets all close by.

En general bien. La terraza es magnifica, tiene vistas al mar. Alrededor no hay edificios bonitos pero muy cerca de playa, restaurantes y supermecados. El piso esta bien, la sala de estar es pequeña, pero habitaciones, lavabo, cocina, estan bien. El apartamento necesita reformas.

First impressions were very good, we were met by a key holder as soon as we arrived and she showed us around and how things worked.
The property was spotless and very well equipped from every essential kitchen utensil, dinner service and glassware to shopping trolley and bags making self catering very easy. There are several supermarkets within walking distance.
The area that the apartment is in is fairly quiet but not too far away from bars and restaurants. The views from the balcony are breath taking especially sunrise.
TV had a few English channels which was good.
Beds were comfortable, towels and linen provided
Pool and gardens well maintained although not open this time of year. However we did make full use of the tennis court which was excellent.
We would not hesitate to book this apartment again if it came available for the dates we need.

La zona excelente, las vistas maravillosas, el apartamento genial....pero la persiana sigue sin arreglarse y una de las camas no tenía sábanas. No pueden tener esos fallos. Además la tele no se puede ver en castellano, deben de solucionarlo ó advertirlo.
