Beautiful apartment, excellent location, just a few minor issues.

Olga was really helpful, she met us at the gate promptly at our choice of time. She showed us all the secure entry protocols and was able to show us around the apartment. Due to her help and the information book, we understood how to access everything. Thank you, Olga.

1) The mattress had a protective plastic cover which was very noisy when we moved in bed. 2) There were very few TV IP channels for English guests, just German and Spanish ones. 3) The bathroom sink plug needs replacing, it is almost impossible to operate. 4) The external window blind for the bedroom is very stiff to open.

Would absolutely stay again, lovely accommodation

The location was excellent and close to the beach front and shops. Very clean and brilliant communication with the host.

We did arrive later in the season and the pool was closed. It wasn’t a problem but we weren’t informed before arrival that we would not be able To have access to it.

Lovely just a shame those few things let it down.

The property was modern and clean.

Unfortuentley we had a few problems. Both showers have doors that fold in to open making it very difficult to turn shower on and adjust temperature before you get in. We have 4 children and there is no bath so need to turn it on before they get it and we were getting wet and the bathroom. One of the showers was leaking badly from the shower head, you turned it on and water went all over the bathroom so we could not use this and it was dirty the shower head. The shutters on the windows did not work properly (no black out curtains so you rely on them). The light on balcony did not work so couldn’t use at night. The fitted sheets on double bed were too small so kept coming off through the night. We reported these things and they were attempted to be put right but we used shutters once and they stopped working again, balcony light was not fixed and shower you still could not use for water flying everywhere plus was still dirty with limescale. When you have four children and there is no bath an easy shower and two are needed. Like I said the rest of the property was clean, modern and had everything you needed (maybe a little on the small size for us especially when sofa bed out) just a shame those few things let it down. Staff were friendly.

Lovely just annoying showers leaked

Lovely, clean, and modern.

Both showers when used were leaking water from shower tray on to bathroom floor. We reported it but it’s not a quick fix. We made do was just a little annoying. Fitted bed sheets too small came off through night. Other than that was clean, modern and lovely. The swimming pool was freezing cold even on the hotter days so that could maybe do with a heater.

Great location, spotless, everything you could need from a holiday apartment. Communication with them was good. We didn’t use the pool as we were so close to the beach, but it looked good.

The shower in the en-suite needs a new shower head, it’s too big for the cubical, so the water goes everywhere.

Beautiful apartment with all “mod cons”. Very secure and a lovely, large balcony with deck chairs and a table and chairs.

The pool area, which looked beautiful from our balcony, is stated in the details to be seasonal. I should have noticed this and asked because it was closed and locked during our April stay even though the weather was lovely and sunny.

Very clean and central location to everything in Calpe. Terrace was huge with a beautiful sea view. The owners were so easy to get in touch with and communication was smooth. check in no problem even after 9 at night. We were celebrating on our holiday and they left us fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. so so kind! cannot recommend enough.

The location was just perfect, close to beautiful beach, close to the centre and promenade.

Check in - the lady at check in speak no english, so could not answer any questions. Check out - we had to wait fo 50 min for someone to collect the keys and give us deposit back Cleaning - there were hairs after previous guests and dirty glasses Noisy - you can hear the neighbours talking until very late night at the balconies Bed - very small and not very comfortable Shower - only a rain from the ceiling Kitchen - no chopping board

Perfect Location. Very nice contact person at office. Handled our request on arrival and leaving perfectly.

Beds in both rooms too hard. Matress pad missing on all beds. Instead under sheets plastics that made beds uncomfortable to sleep on. Too much and large furniture in living room and kitchen and also on the small balcony had a large table with lots of chairs. Cleaning not so good at arrival.
