For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden with plants and flowers, swimming pool fenced (12 x 8 m, depth 40 - 165 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, table tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Great apartment, in really good location, everything we needed to feel like home from home, the only thing missing were chairs for round the pool, we didn’t actually use the pool as there were no chairs.

Most outstanding fact is property is very well located closed to the public beach and rest, with parking available. Property fully furnished and everything inside in very good condition. You should bring only your personal belongings, including toiletries.
