Welcome to Apartment LA PERLA, a beautiful holiday apartment located on the 10th floor of the Fabiola I building in Calpe, offering magnificent sea views and an unbeatable central location on the Costa Blanca.
We have three apartments in the Fabiola I building.
Just a 2-minute walk from the beach, shopping street, restaurants and the charming old town, you can enjoy the perfect holiday without needing your car.

## Swimming pools for the whole family
The Fabiola I building offers two communal swimming pools: a large swimming pool and a separate children's pool. During the summer season, a lifeguard is present to supervise the swimming area, so you can enjoy your time by the pool with added peace of mind.
