Die Lage und die Wohnung bzw. die Ausstattung sind sehr gut, top, daran gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts.
Das gesamte Haus scheint ein Abwasserproblem zu haben. Das Badezimmer riecht durchgängig nach Fäkalien. Dieser Geruch zieht sich bis in das Geschäft im Erdgeschoss. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist es auch sehr laut, die Sportsbar und der Spielplatz waren nicht zu überhören.
