- Tolle Lage, in wenigen Minuten an der Strandpromenade - Parkplatz - Tolle Sicht auf Meer - Sauber - Bequeme Couch - grosser TV
- sehr ringhörig, man hört alle Nachbarn ringsum - Küchenzeile sehr klein und kein Esstisch (ausser auf Balkon) - Warmwasser ist schnell aufgebraucht - schlecht isoliertes Fenster im Schlafzimmer
