Horrible heat in the apartment, broken air condition!

location good

Air condition always turning off and not working over 30°C in the apartment all the time, not good sleep because of it. No staff on site to discuss and fix this and too far to the other hotel which was never on our way.

Great location but not a great value for money

It was well located, in front of the reserve which are great views. Short distance to 2 beaches and the port where you can eat the best food in town.

The apartment was not very clean when we arrived. It was not as bright and spacious as the photos show which was very disappointed. We also were in the first floor so it made it a bit noisy at times. We felt the value for money was not as high as we expected.

Mala experiencia.

Muy buena la ubicación, se agradece el balcón.

Estaba considaramente sucio, las lámparas de noche y las lámparas del comedor estaban sucias y con bichos muertos, los apartamentos de una sola habitación tienen una nevera pequeña y los de 2 una grande, el problema es que las neveras pequeñas no puedes tener helados ni nada congelado, dado que el congelador es únicamente una pletina metálica que enfria con una puerta, no incluye nada mas que una bolsa de basura y un rollo de papel wc, para 4 noches, ni jabon, ni nada para la lavadora, ni un estropajo ni absolutamente nada mas, se inundó 2 veces el baño porque salía agua del termo, problema que la primera vez llamó a la recepción y viene el técnico, lo arregla y supuestamente todo bien, ese mismo dia por la noche al llegar me lo encuentro todo lleno de agua otra vez y eran casi las 12 de la noche y al llamar a recepción me dicen que esque el técnico esta en su casa que si no puedo ir cambiando cubos hasta por la mañana, cosa a la que me niego y finalmente viene el técnico a solucionarlo. Cuando lo solucionan me dice que habia bajado la potencia del termo, cual es mi sorpresa que a la mañana siguiente ir a ducharme la ha bajado tanto que no sale agua caliente. La vitrocerámica esta montada de tal manera que el mínimo es el máximo y viceversa, cosa que no avisan en ningún sitio hasta que llamas.

Locatie is heel fijn

De keuken van het appartement is vies: de pannen en oven waren vet en hebben ze daarom niet gebruikt De kopjes, glazen en bestek hebben we afgewassen voordat we ze konden gebruiken De airco mag ook wel eens schoon gemaakt en nagekeken worden ; er zit een nare geur aan. Er was geen afwasmiddel, vaatdoek,sponsje aanwezig om schoon te maken Er was zelfs geen drinkwater…. Het zou ook wel heel fijn zijn als er een zakje thee/koffie, suiker en evt poedermelk aanwezig is ; een gezellige binnenkomen na een lange vermoeiende reis…..in de avond wanneer de winkels dicht zijn….
