A wonderful stay in every respect

The thing we liked most about our stay in the apartment was EVERYTHING! More specifically, in no particular order: the communication, hospitality, punctuality of the owner and manager. The tasteful and complete furnishing of all rooms, the hygiene in the private and outdoor areas of the apartment building. The location and the spectacular view from the large terrace to the sea and the land side. In recent years we have stayed in Calpe in at least 5 different accommodations (4 star hotels and apartments). Timora Seaview stands out positively in various respects. As a perfectionist, I am quite reluctant to use superlatives, but when experience gives rise to them, they are well-deserved and sincere, as is now the case for Timora Seaview! Planning for your next stay underlines our satisfaction.

The apartment was newly decorated and well equipped. The view to the beach was amazing and it had a huge balcony. The added bonus was the indoor and outdoor pools available during the winter months.

Vier heerlijke weken op een uitstekende locatie!

Wij hebben vier heerlijke weken doorgebracht in TIMORA SEA VIEW New Apart’ Hipocampos en kunnen dit appartement van harte aanbevelen. Het appartement ligt op een uitstekende locatie aan de boulevard, met een prachtig uitzicht en op loopafstand van het centrum van Calpe. Alles is dichtbij: strand, winkels en restaurants. Het appartement zelf is schoon, gezellig en smaakvol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is werkelijk aan alles gedacht, waardoor het zowel perfect is voor een kort als een langer verblijf. Een extra compliment verdient Konstantin, de manager van het gebouw. Hij is een zeer vriendelijke, behulpzame en betrokken persoon, altijd bereikbaar en hij reageert direct op ieder verzoek. Dat gaf ons een erg prettig en zorgeloos gevoel tijdens ons verblijf. Wij hebben hier enorm genoten en raden dit appartement zonder twijfel aan iedereen aan die comfortabel wil verblijven in Calpe.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Direkt an der Strandpromenade. Parkplatz ist gleich neben dem Haus. Wir hatten Apartment 49b im 9.Stock mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Ich habe gern auf der Couch auf dem Balkon geschlafen und dem Wellenrauschen gelauscht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. 2 Smart TVs. Etliche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder!

Mejor imposible

El apartamento tiene de todo el menaje que se necesita incluso diria que de mas. La terraza es enorme con dos tumbonas y por cortesía tienen dos sillas de playa y toallas para bajar a la playa si lo deseas. Tuvieron el bonito detalle de dejarnos cápsulas de café, azúcar y infusiones y una botella de agua, una botella de aceite de girasol y sal( detalles que gustan) La ubicación es espectacular ver desde el salón el mar. La comodidad de tener allí la plaza de coche sin tener que estar pendiente de buscar sitio que por cierto es zona ORA. Muy bien ubicado con dos supermercados muy cerca, Mercadona y Consum. La playa muy tranquila muy familiar, con muchos restaurantes donde poder comer y cenar y darte un tranquilo paseo.

SENSASONIAL APARTAMENTO A PIE DE PLAYA CON EXELENTES VISTAS.

El Edificio esta inmejorablemente situado a pie del paseo y de una playa fantástica, con entrada y salida privada a la misma. Plaza privada de aparcamiento con excelente salida y entrada al mismo. Excelente zona de piscinas y solárium muy bien cuidadas y equipadas con cómodo acceso al edificio. El apartamento ha sido el 49b, magnificas vistas a la playa, a las salinas y al peñon, muy cómodo, totalmente equipado y decorado con mucho gusto y todo lujo de detalles, todo funcionaba perfectamente, ( aire acondicionado, electrodomésticos, baño, etc.). La limpieza es extrema, incluso diría que hasta sorprendentemente limpio. El trato de los responsables ha sido exquisito y muy profesional. Sin duda lo recomendamos al 100%. Hemos quedado encantados con nuestra estancia en el apartamento. Todo ha estado perfecto: las instalaciones muy cuidadas, el piso totalmente equipado con todo lo necesario, y unas vistas preciosas que han hecho la experiencia aún más especial. Appartement très douillet. Il ne manque rien. Situation idéale lorsque l'on ouvre les rideaux le matin, la vue de la mer et soleil vous souhaitent déjà une bonne journée. Bien agencé avec du bon matériel et une décoration particulièrement réussie. Une bonne literie et une terrasse très grande. Un parking privé. Une grande surface à 400 m et des restos tout autours. Nous avons été en hiver et nous avons bien profité de la piscine intérieure avec plusieurs endroits à bulles. Mention spéciale pour Joël et Elena. Nos désirs ont été immédiatement réalisés. Je conseille cet appartement à 100%
