Well definitely be booking another stay, so peaceful and relaxing

The Farm is lovely, quiet, out of the way, full of wildlife, lovely views, great access to the beach, just what we needed

The only minor detail, and it’s very minor, is internet access, during our stay the internet wasn’t the best, but it helped us switch off and relax a bit more, so not a bad thing if you think about it :)

Cosy cottage in a beautiful place, ideal for rest and re-grounding and linking to nature.

The cottage is in a beautiful location with direct footpath access to the beach, which is ideal if you like to catch a sunset, or just fancy some beachcombing. The cottage itself is very cosy and welcoming, and has all that you might need for self catering and if you just want to 'get away from it all'. Mary and Nigel are wonderful, kind hosts and will stop for a natter when they are around and ensure everything is as required. Despite being on a 'working farm', there is very little, or no, disturbance from farm machinery etc. An absolute gem.

Absolutely fantastic!

Absolutely brilliant! The hosts were so friendly and approachable. Couldn’t ask for more and the view from the terrace was breath taking! Couldn’t recommend more!!

Loved the location and being able to walk out of the door and down to the beach was wonderful.

We loved the location of this cottage . It was very clean & comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

We didn’t have an outdoor place to sit & eat or drink . There was a little courtyard but no table or chairs .

The weather was beautiful and the view from the bungalow was really nice as you could see the sea.

Mary and Nigel were brilliant, they were both very friendly and helpful with everything that you needed to know. The Bungalow where we stayed was really homely. Loved it there, we would go back again, the Beach is about a 5-minute walk. They are pet-friendly, as I took my 2 dogs. I asked Nigel if I could see his calves, and they are so adorable. Thank you For making us so welcome.

Excellent, we will return.

Location excellent for walking dogs from the base. It is also a central location to accessing everything on the Island. The surrounding countryside is beautiful! Owners were very helpful and we all slept well and had a relaxing holiday. What more could one ask for! We plan to return.

The turning out of the farm track onto the road is dangerous! One has to rely on a mirror as it is on a blind bend and then turn out quickly and hope for the best.

Wonderful stay, the short distance to the beach was a massive selling point. We will be back!

The location was fantastic and the size of the property. The hosts were very welcoming and nothing was a bother.

It's in no way a criticism but larger plates, bowls, pans etc for larger groups would be ideal. The WiFi never worked but we were not really in an area where signal was good generally so didn't let it bother us.

Host allowed us to use an outside socket to charge our hybrid car without an extra fee. Milk and eggs in fridge on our arrival.

Wonderful place

..Brilliant place.... Quiet location beautiful walk through the feild to the beach. Wonderful hosts. Nothing was to much for them! Showed us round the farm and the horses. My daughter wanted to live there forever!

I don’t think there was anything to cottage was totally equipped for my mum who has mobility issues however she wasn’t able to go to the little beach but we already knew this .

Fantastic cottage, quiet, just minutes from a beach where my children found fossils.

Fantastic location for a family with children. Just 3-4 minutes walk to a pebbles and sand beach with fossils, it is quite far from the town so most of the time we had the beach just for us. The cottage was clean and well-equipped, we had everything we needed. Nigel was very friendly, let my children feed the cows and showed us the farm. Short drives into Cowes, Yarmouth, Sandown and other seaside towns with beaches, dinosaur museums etc. We shall come back.

We had a wonderful, warm welcome from Nigel. Fresh eggs & milk were in the fridge for us, along with little pots of coffee/teabags. A view of the sea, across a field of buttercups & clover, was perfect!

Lovely cottage with excellent view of The Solent from dining room and bedroom. Wet room an advantage. Well equipped kitchen. Outside seating for relaxation or meals. Hosts very welcoming and on hand if needed. Will definitely return.
