Room was spotlessly clean from the bedding to the bathroom.
The facilities were great, although a little bit dated, they worked.
Very friendly
Kitchen was well equipped
Although the kitchen was well equipped, there was limited equipment and some of it was not clean.

Easy access
Non smoking house. Which is fine but could not even smoke in garden had to smoke out the front. Which I think looks bad.
Da butts everywhere. Luckily I have a tin that I put my butts in.
But not a big deal breaker.

Easy pin code check in.
Welcoming decor, clean and tidy.
Comfortable beds, fan in room, well needed.
Fresh, clean smelling towels, although one was a little frayed.
Tea, coffee, milk, kettle, hairdryer, TV.
We shared twin with en-suite bathroom, shower door appeared a bit fragile and shower head occasionally fell on head whilst showering, bit of a shock.

The room was basic but perfect for our needs (we just needed a bed). The beds were comfortable and having codes to enter both the property and the room was handy (rather than relying on staff). There was an issue when we arrived (see below) but the staff fixed it for me, wrote me a lovely apology note and left £10 in the room as a goodwill gesture (I left this in the room as it wasn't necessary).
When we arrived the bedroom hadn't been made up, it was still messy from the previous occupant. I called and they apologised and corrected the issue (see above). The shower was useless, it was weak, the water squirted everywhere except where you needed it to go (grubby shower head) and the shower head kept falling out of its bracket.
