It was a well decorated place and warm. The entrance is a bit of a let down but the flat is nice.
The upstairs neighbours were a bit noisy. If you are a light sleeper this will not be a good match for you.

The location was great. You have car park for free, even though the description said that it might be limited, we always had a place for us to park.
Tha apartment was clean, with all what you need.
In my opinion the bed wasn't as big as we expected.
Also when you use the oven, make sure to open the windows first and turn the smoke extractor first.

The spaciousness, location. Warm house.
Grubby entrance way, dodgy front door was often open. After travelling from the other side of the world, I was saddened there wasn't a small supply of milk - the tea coffee was deplete too. "We don't supply milk". That's sad.

This property had an abundance of hot water and towels and we liked the separate bedroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the area was quiet. It is located off a main road with shops and takeaways and is within walking distance of the waterfront and shopping centre.
Our hearts sank when we entered the hallway as we've honestly never encountered an accommodation entrance in such need of a makeover. The carpet and walls were filthy and it smelled mouldy. Once we got over the shock and entered the property, we were a little relieved that it was of a better standard. It does, however, have maintenance issues, like the condition of the kitchen worktop and there is mould on the bathroom ceiling. We also encountered cleanliness issues. There was also noise from the apartment above, although not every day.

Very clean and comfortable, it had everything I needed including microwave and washing machine. Lovely big screen TV and free wifi. Quiet pleasant street.
The feel of the place when I walked in wasn't great, e.g. dirty stairs. I turned the room freshener in the kitchen off because the smell was very strong.

Extremely clean and big homely living space, full kitchen with cupboard essentials. Big tv which you can connect to Netflix, easy heating controls, very comfy bed, cosy bedroom with blackout blind, bath and shower with heated towel rail, serviced apartment so is cleaned if you have a long stay
The neighbours upstairs ran around a lot so the apartment would shake with very loud stomping but not the fault of this apartment, and may have just been guests so I might have just been unlucky, a bit of mold on bathroom ceiling but the ceilings are very high so it isn’t too bad rest of bathroom and apartment is spotless

It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Good to have free off-the-road parking. Location was convenient for the city and coast without being in a high traffic area. Great fish & chip shop and craft beer place a couple of minutes down the road on Shirley Road, and everything you could want in Southampton city centre 10-15 minutes in the other direction, plus scooters for hire if you don't want to walk or taxi in.
The keys were not in the lock box the night we arrived unfortunately (an error of the cleaner we were told), and it took over an hour to retrieve them - this wasn't the best seeing as it was dark (we were unfamiliar with the area), we'd travelled from afar and were tired and hungry. However the host was very apologetic and no other hitches were encountered.

Was really lucky to find this place for the price. It is located fairly close to the city centre. Nice spacious flat converted from a big Victorian house. Living room is comfortable with a well equipped kitchenette. Bathroom well finished with a nice spacious shower. Bedroom is a nice size and very comfortable. The property even has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Ceilings are quite high.
The internet is very good - over 50mbps download.
Parking is no problem at all - either on the driveway at the front or out the back. There is a high street about 10 minutes walk with plenty of takeaways. coop, tesco express. I would guess its 20 mins walk into the centre of Southampton and there is plenty within an hours drive. I visited Portsmouth, Winchester, Chichester. etc
Andy texted me with instructions on how to gain access and was very responsive. I wouldn't mind a longer stay in the future.

It was nicely furnished and nicely decorated. It was Nice and clean. Able to park our car on the drive in front of the property was good. It was a nice and cosy place to say. We liked the Fox door stop in the living room. Nice and helpful owners.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was spacious, comfy and well-equipped. The bed was great quality, bedroom had loads of storage and the shower was strong and warm.
The hosts were also friendly, welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. Thanks!

For business the apartment needs a usable table and chair to work on (I had requested this) - lose 2 armchairs and provide a workspace!

I booked this for 3 nights & had a lovely stay. Check in details were sent in the morning of check in & the apartment is spacious and really well presented, the pics look exactly same as advertised & I didn’t have any trouble with parking whilst there (I parked both at front of the property & at the back whilst staying. The street was really quiet and there are plenty facilities nearby for food. There’s a pub about a 5 min walk too.
