DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

One of the worst properties i’ve booked! Was only there for LESS THAN a hour and had to leave due to the condition. The place was dirty with mould EVERYWHERE and stained bed sheets. Tried to get a refund however I never received it. Contacted the property management however get getting told I would get a call back about the refund BUT NEVER DID. Bear in mind I booked this property in May and have been trying to get a refund EVER SINCE!

Nice flat in good location parking not great

Good location. Nice flat, kitchen equipped with crockery, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker, fridge freezer, and washing machine. Ironing board iron and hairdryer also available. Towels and handsoap provided. The beds were very comfortable. Nice touch with bottles of water on the table and milk in the fridge.

Needs curtains, especially at the back door.. All the LED lights in main area, although we know necessary on equipment, could do with covering as they're so bright at night. Would have been good to have sugar or sweeteners to go with the coffee and tea. The worst thing was when looking for sugar in the cupboards came across two mugs in the cupboard, one filthy and the other containing cigarette butts and ash which was gross, especially aa we are non smokers. We left them on the surface next to kettle Overall the flat was quite cold as it was all laminate flooring, perhaps a rug next to beds would be an idea.

Decent size. Easy access.

Arrived and wasn’t very clean, used/unwashed duvet covers. Pillows covered in some sort of oils. No pans, had to buy our own.

Never again at this property

The key was not in the lock box on arrival. The host was not easy to contact, it took multiple attempts on arrival. The host did not know where the key was and took over half of an hour to locate the key. The property had not been cleaned even though we were over an hour later than the allowed check in time. The property was given a very quick clean as we waited outside following a 4 and a half hour car journey. The clean was basic.

It was a good location for us for a one-night stay. Reasonably clean and there's some outside space. While the parking situation at the property itself isn't ideal, the owner was helpful with alternatives.

Spacious place. Needs cleaner kitchen.

The apartment was really nice and spacious and the garden a nice touch with the good weather we had.

The kitchen and utensils. They were not clean and we had to wash them to get rid of the bits on the glasses, cups, etc. There is nothing to cook with, no pans, etc. Even though there is a working hob and oven. You basically have to bring your own pan set or stick to microwave cooking.

I don't usually leave reviews for accommodations that don't meet expectations, but this experience was unacceptable. If you stay here, be sure to bring: - Sanitizing wipes - Sanitizing spray - Your own bedsheets and duvets (The bedding was unacceptable) We booked this apartment for my son's 2nd birthday at Peppa Pig World, and after a great day at Paulton Park, we were extremely disappointed upon entering the apartment for the night (thankfully, it was only for one night). This apartment falls far below the standards of service accommodation. Critically, no cleaning had been done, and we even had to buy a broom. We found dirty plates and cutlery with maggots. 🤮 Please when ordering your dinner, make sure it comes warm as the microwave will make you 🤮 Avoid opening cupboards, as they are filthy. The dust was excessive, and the overall cleanliness was shocking. Be cautious if you have kids, as the background looks like a construction site filled with unsafe materials. In summary, do not book this apartment unless you see at least 100 five-star reviews.

Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe – Do Not Book This Place!

We booked this apartment for one night for myself, my wife, and our three children at a cost of £121.50. The experience was absolutely unacceptable. The property was filthy and unsafe: • The floor was dirty and smelly, and the bedding was dusty. • The back garden was full of cigarette butts and smelled unpleasant — definitely not suitable for children. • There was no mop, broom, or dustpan, so we couldn’t even clean the place ourselves. • The cutlery and mugs were disgustingly dirty with dried food residue still stuck on them (see photos). • The host left only washing-up liquid but no sponge or basic cleaning supplies. • One of the kitchen cupboards had a paintbrush in a container of paint thinner or some unknown liquid — completely unsafe for children. • The TV was precariously placed on a small bedside table, making it a tipping hazard — a serious safety risk for any family with kids. We had no choice but to tolerate the space for just one night. For over £120, this place is nowhere near acceptable standards. It felt more like a slum than a holiday let. Future guests: Avoid this listing at all costs. Booking.com should really reconsider allowing this host to continue offering this property.

With a family, I will be more careful not to choose a place like this next time.

The landlord had mixed up our booking- claimed that the booking on booking.com had not registered properly- he then put us in a different room and moved a bed into it, but this room had no cooking facilities. When I pointed that out, he started getting confrontational.

No cooking facilities, this was not really ‘an apartment’ - it was one room with sleeping and eating area all together. There was no sofa area. There was a very small fridge. Front door to the block didn’t close properly either.

Las sábanas estaban sucias, pelos y una mancha presuntamente de semen, olor a humedad. Publicidad engañosa, dice 2 dormitorios y en realidad es un dormitorio y dos camas en la cocina salón., no hay armarios, sólo el mueble de la TV en el dormitorio. Dice parking gratis en la calle y no menciona que tienes que cambiar el coche cada 2 horas.Llame al anfitrión para cambiar sábanas y se negó. Me fui a las 10 de la noche a otro alojamiento. He solicitado la devolución devolución de la reserva y me indican que tiene que autorizar el anfitrión. Espero respuesta de Booking. Tengo fotos del estado de la casa.
