Spacious Southampton City Apartment with Courtyard

Booked this place as an overnight stay before a cruise. Booked it in November 2025 for cruise in July 2026. Good area with parking right outside after 6pm. Lots of shops around and within 15 minutes walk to Centre of the city.

Communication was poor until a day before we arrived. Had messaged owners on numerous occasions over 6 months and got no reply. They tried to charge me extra for cleaning after I booked it. But I refused as the price shown should have represented inclusion of cleaning. I won't go on about this stay as it was only a one night stay. Any longer and I wouldn't of been impressed. Oh and the pub next door played loud music until midnight. I don't mind folk enjoying themselves but as it was a very hot night (34°) we had to have the windows open.

Lovely little apartment, well equipped and very clean. Nice decor. Handy for the station - Southampton Central - 10 min walk away. St Mary’s Stadium, a good 40 min walk away, but Uber took 10 mins. Good hosts - kept in touch with Neil’s wife.

Apartment advertised as 2 bedroom, but is actually 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in the lounge. Not a problem, though! Just a point - nothing to do with the apartment - we couldn’t get an Uber/taxi after a concert at St Mary’s Stadium! Make sure you pre-book one to come back!

Nice clean, modern accommodation and only 7 minutes from train station. We enjoyed our stay.

Booked for 4 guests to stay, however only one double bed had been made up prior to our arrival. Bed linen had been available to make up the second bed ourselves.
