Communication was excellent. They responded to me immediately and gave me clear instructions when I asked about checking in as I would be arriving late in the evening and checking out early in the morning. The apartment is in a quiet area. It was clean, spacious and it had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. There’s some wear and tear that could be addressed. Both bedrooms had missing vertical blinds so let light in. I would stay here again.

We noticed a nasty musky smell as we arrived and opened up the sofa bed to a absolutely disgusting mattress and we was told the sofa wasn’t supposed to be used as a sofa bed but sitting on it with that underneath is appalling and unhygienic. The other mattresses on the beds were not as bad but very well worn out and slightly stained. We did not stay and travelled back the same day. The own refused a refund and seemed rather rude.

Great location, flat was easy to access. Great communication from host, stayed two nights before cruise! Highly recommend for anyone sailing from Southampton to use these apartments!

Perfect location for us as we were visiting Paulton's Park. The apartment itself was of ample size, fitting us and our two children in with plenty of space. Bathrooms are snug but perfectly functional. The place was clean, with basic functional products, eg. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, tea towel etc. Check in and out was simple with a key safe box and code given via text message. Plenty of sleeping space with 2 doubles, and a single, and space for a travel cot. 2 sofas in the lounge. All good but I found the beds quite firm, and my hip suffered a little, but that's just personal, nothing wrong with them. Were happy to find a fan available in each room for use in the heat. Was always spaces for parking each day. We stayed 3 nights.

Spacious apartment perfectly functional. Beds provided good nights sleep. Made use of extras such as ironing board/iron. Little tired in places i.e toilet roll holders rusty. Generally clean though towels had the odd stain on them. Good location. Easy access by bus to city centre. Ongoing exterior work on building but didn't affect stay.

Stayed for a few days whilst helping child move from one uni accom to another. Hottest weekend of the year and really happy that apartment (superior 2 bed) had climate control. Made for a really welcome respite from heat of the day. Very well equipped kitchen. Towels provided of a very decent size. Beds on the soft side for our taste. Would say bring an eye mask as bedroom blinds are not blackout! Some hooks on back of shower room doors would be handy. Exceptionally clean! Would stay again.

Very spacious but limited parking. Booked for 5 pax but dining chairs are not enough. Vanity table missing a chair. Toiletries could have been better. Hair dryer would be very handy. Not enough hanging hooks for towel in the bathroom.

We were disappointed with the property as it did not match the description. It is also too far from any shopping centres and the bus system is unreliable. Staff were very helpful and responsive. No coffee, tea or milk provided, one small soap, one toilet roll and a small shower gel for 4 nights. On request we were given extra shower gel and toilet paper. Outside was dirty with cigarette butts lying everywhere, no alarm clock, dvd player, bath, heated towel rail or safe as advertised(not even a towel rail). Lack of power points and no instructions for dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment was lovely, fully furnished & equipped with everything you could possibly need. They are in a convenient but quiet location only a few minutes walk from bus stops to get you into the city centre or to Winchester for a day out, there’s also bus stops near by to Malvern Zoo & in the opposite direction to the general hospital. Or there’s on site parking for you if you bring your car. I would have given the apartment 5 stars except for it being in need of a little tlc although none of the things I noticed impacted my stay & I would highly recommend these apartments.

The location was easy to find. The host replied enquiry promptly. The flat was big enough for 4, though we had 3 only. It would be great if the intercome was functioned because we had only one key. Most facilities and appliance were clean and easy to use, except the two toilets' fan. They didn't work so it was very wet after having shower.

The property is far from basically everything. You have to have a car to stay here otherwise you’ll walk a long way to get to anything or use Uber all the time. Doors in the property were not working/closing/locking and the dishwasher won’t open.

Stayed here with my grown up son for two nights. The apartment was reasonably modern but getting a bit tired in places. You get sent the entry instructions in the afternoon which is the code for the key box so no issues there. There was people staying in the other apartments but we didn't hear any noise. It was summer so I slept with the window open. There was very little traffic noise either. The kitchen had everything we needed but we didn't do any cooking. The couches were not very comfortable and the bed was alright but not a hotel mattress, so I don't think I wouldn't to stay for any length of time, but I would use again if I am in the area.

Very nice apartment. Bedroom verticals need replacing with room darkening drapes as windows face east. Caretakers were very willing to bring us what we asked for in the way of kitchen amenities and toilet paper but a chopping board should have been included. Toilet needs fixing - runs continuously. Enjoyed the second bathroom. Low mattresses and ceramic tiles (slippery when wet) make the apartment questionable for elderly folks.

We had apartment 4, nice big apartment, comfortable. Cleaning standards could've some improvements! Plenty of bath towels. TV was not working and we couldn't figure it out. When the fire / smoke alarm went crazy, we called them management and they were great and arranged the maintenance guy to come to sort out the issue. The guy who came to sort out the alarm also helped with the TV and he was really nice, even gave us recommendation where to visit in the area. Someone turned off the freezer so it was half defrosted when we arrived, we had to clean it first before as ice and water was failing out when we opened it.... but it was a good place to stay, my family enjoyed it.

Nice apartment with ample onsite parking. Very clean, everything worked okay. Got the apartment ready for 13.00 without extra change which was much appreciated. Could do with a few more of everything, ie plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Fine for me but may be a bit tight if 4 people staying. Nothing immediately close so to go for a drink, meal etc it was the car. Overall very good, would stop again.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU... Uber failed to pick us up so we missed our bus to Stanstead Airport. We had turned our key in and it was cold and rainy. We called the manager. He told us how to get back into the building, got us a ride the 120 miles to the airport and couldn't have been kinder. Not many people will go the extra mile as this man did.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the University of Southampton. There are lovely walks in the area and lots of great places to eat. The apartments are safe, clean and well stocked. The people who manage the property are very professional and friendly.

Its a nice property but unit I had seemed to be the smallest and not consistent with the headline pictures. It was however well equipped and maintained so overall comfortable. On the main No 1 bus route into city centre but no shops nearby. Happily stay there again

Communication was poor. No one answered the phone number given. Only one pillow available per person which was so flat and useless.had to fold up towels. Would suggest taking your own. The flat was clean and tidy.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was easily big enough for the 3 of us, comfortable and clean, with pretty much everything you need for self-catering. If I had to be picky, if you used both showers at the same time, 1 of the showers lost a bit of water pressure, but it was still enough to shower and just a very minor point and not a problem at all. Would definitely stay again
