It’s all exactly like described and on the pictures. It’s was really clean and the communication with the owner was really good. He helped immediately and effective. Would come again.
Because there is a bar directly across the street it can be very loud in the evening and when it’s hot sleeping with an open window was not really an option. And there is just one towel per person which I think it’s not enough. But that’s just being picky.

The place was clean and spacious with lots of natural light. It is a good value for money if you want to stay at southampton for a couple of nights as a family. The location is good with supermarkets and street markets just across the road and a bus station to city centre just below the apartment. The flat was well taken care of and nicely decorated
The hallway upon entering the building and the staircase going up to the flat needs cleaning and some repairs.

Spacious and clean
The front door key didn’t work and the lock box to collect the Keys was difficult to open and the keys were in the wrong box.
