Great location. Close to rail station. Quays, shopping. Very responsive host.
We had to request a few things that should have been in the room, for example toilet paper. There was only one chair and one coffee cup for 2 of us.

2 rooms. Quick and positive response from host when I requested a ground floor room. He went out of his way to guide us to local parking (note that it is not available on site and is clearly stated in the description). He was very kind. The location was handy for us, but be aware around school leaving time it may be tricky to find a parking spot. Bed was very comfortable and despite being on a main road, very little traffic sound even with the window open.
The crockery and cutlery provided was a bit of a random selection so don't arrive expecting to make your own cereal in a bowl for breakfast. The rooms were a bit tired, but matched my expectations for the price and shortage of accommodation at that time of year.
