A lovely well kept cosy apartment. Nice quiet surroundings and choice of parking spaces. Communication with the host was good and was happy to help with any queries. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and even gave us complimentary biscuits/water which was a nice touch. Was even offered earlier check in and later check out which was more than we expected. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Quiet, well-equipped and conveniently located

The location was very convenient for either walking or getting a bus into city centre in mornings. I had travelled light in view of the lack of a lift; the stairs to the 3rd floor were therefore not a problem. The apartment was surprisingly quiet even with the windows ajar. There was plenty of hot water, good sized rooms, a cooker that worked properly, a full set of saucepans with lids (much appreciated) and good size frying pan; also a generous amount of quality utensils and cutlery, crockery and mugs/glasses, and salt, pepper and oil. I didn't use the washing machine but it was good to have it available. The wifi worked well. Seeing the Queen Mary 2 out of the window on the first morning was a nice surprise!

It was frustrating that the kitchen sink was in a corner that was very dark when there wasn't any daylight. (I wished I'd brought my head torch to help me see what I was doing). The approach down the driveway was also a bit on the dark side when arriving at night. (NB the buses are much less frequent after the evening rush hour but it would be a short ride by taxi or hire scooter.) The mattress felt a bit lumpy but I was able to work around that as I was on my own rather than sharing.

Awesome place to stay in Southampton

The flat was very clean and had everything we needed, very welcoming and comfortable. And it was close to the things we wanted to do. We didn’t use it but there is a bus stop on the other side of the road, which is very convenient if someone doesn’t have a car. Eva is very kind and super reactive, we really appreciated the little welcoming treats!

The property was lovely, cosy and homely, Very quiet area within ample shops and takeouts a minute or 2 walk away

If I had to say anything at all, it would be the lack of a lift… I was travelling with a family so pram, lots of bags, 2 suitcases! Was a lot to carry up the stairs. However I wouldn’t let it put me off staying again.. the apartment itself was totally worth the free gym workout

The pricing was high for this location and there is no lift as the apartment is on the third floor. Due to sloping roof, mind your head is mentioned at all the slopes, even then we managed to get our head hurt due to less roof height at the slopes.

Большая, чистая, тихая квартира.

Номер большой, тихий, достаточно чистый, есть кухня (даже с маслом, солью, печеньками, чай, кофе..) Две бутылки воды, что очень кстати с дороги. Близко автобусная остановка, до вокзала пешком минут 15.

Хозяйка нам не прислала порядок заселения (хотя мы приехали в оговоренное время) и мы пол часа бегали по этажам и пытались попасть в номер. Это очень безответственно с её стороны. На кухне нет ни тряпочки, чтобы вытереть стол, ни губки для мытья посуды. В день выселения получили длинную инструкцию, как собрать, завязать мусорный пакет, собрать все полотенца и положить в ванну, открыть форточки... Это необычно даже для апартаментов. Мне показалось, что в санузле нет вентиляции, а с открытым окном зимой будет холодно (но нам в сентябре было нормально). Очень грязная подъездная лестница (я понимаю, что она общественная, но ходить по ней было не приятно).
