Disappointed

The owner is open to communication, responding fast, kind and helpful. The location is good.

Whole Building and the apartment smells very bad because of mold and dust. All the equipments and devices are very old. Beds are very annoying. Uncomfortable to sleep. The temperature and other things are not visible on the oven. Overall it doesn’t look like in the shown pictures. We disappointed. Additionally I didn’t feel secure around the building.

Got at short notice and was perfectly adequate for our one night stay

Good central location with free parking nearby Very clean inside.

Windows didn’t seal very well, so bit of road noise throughout the night. Bedding clean and tidy, mattresses not that comfy though.

Unsafe couldn't recommend

I booked this property when it had a good review score. 3 days before my stay it changed name from Stunning city centre apartment to Cozy city centre apartment. On the morning we were due to stay, the owner asked for a deposit. I checked the reviews again

Don't book. Not safe. Reviews had gone down to 2 and mentioned drugs, a police raid of the property, a guest being escorted by police to safety, smashed glass and a car with no wheels! I asked Booking.com for a refund. The owner refunded just £55 of the £215 I'd paid, and complained I'd denied someone else the opportunity to stay! Outrageous. The road is beset with drug problems. I couldn't recommend this or the attitude of the owner. Disappointed by them and Booking.com not taking any responsibility for my financial loss.

Very rough area, ok when inside the apartment.

Clean bedding, comfortable bed. Good instructions for access, straightforward access at a time to suit me.

Really rough area, people asking for money outside as going in. Very unclean staircase on the way to the apartment. people doing drugs together in the car park right so we moved the car to a different location as it didn’t feel very safe. I wouldn’t have felt safe staying here alone and was glad there were two of us.

A total disaster, am now seriously considering not using booking.com again. check the area please.

Not a lot.

The under building car park was inhabited by drug addicts. the ground was covered in used needles and glass. There was an abandoned car on bricks which did not fill me with confidence in leaving my car. I had booked the apartment as i had to go into hospital which required and overnight stay and i thought was somewhere safe for my wife to stay. Unfortunately a police raid on the building on the afternoon of the 8 may left my wife feeling totally unsafe to the point where the police helped her move to a nearby hotel. Whilst these problems i believe were known about they continue to advertise the property a stylish 2 bed appt and do not mention the problems mentions aboved. i would not recommend anybody books this apartment unless you do not value your safety.
