Nice place but was not clean
Very nice place
We found the kitchen all dirty. After calling a few times a lady came to “clean” but only took the freezer drawers and nothing much.

Grotty not luxury , unpleasant host, do not visit! AVOID!
Nothing, it had nothing redeeming.
From walking in the apartment it had a strange musty smell, not much light coming in and lots of dead flies lying around also a carrier bag stuffed in a hole in the wall didn't give a good first impression!
Looking around the apartment it wasn't cleaned well at all - stains on the kitchen tiles, carpets not hoovered around the edges, dusty bedside cabinets and lamps, dark fluff on the bedding. As we has lots of plans with friends and drove for nearly 7 hours I decided to clean the place myself and not search for a new property, boy I wish I'd done the latter!.
I messaged the owner to tell them about the rug which the edges were sticking up causing a trip hazard they put the onus on me to move the rug as they couldn't understand how it was a trip hazard. When moving the rug I found dusters underneath the rug which shows how little care was took when setting the property up for us and also explained the lack of cleaning done in advance of our stay if the dusters were under the rug. I got told it's a brand new rug and no apology I was met with passive aggressive comments.
At night it I'd very loud outside the apartment which is understandable for a city apartment. The sofa bed is really uncomfortable and smelly and the sheet from the last guest was left on but yet again the host was dismissive and defensive when I contacted them on this matter.
There was one frozen bottle of corona beer left in the freezer not sure why but we left in there for the host to find.
After sending photos through to the host in good faith they have emailed me back calling me a pain in the backside and ridiculous and blocked me from staying at any of their properties (thankfully).
How presumptuous of them to think I would want to stay again! To clarify I did not ask for a refund I was merely pointing out things I would like to know if it was my property. I left the apartment cleaner than it was when I arrived! No doubt the host will leave a defensive reply 😁

Very disappointed
It was close to university.
Communication, half an hour waited till get reply how to get in the property. For four people only two towels, downstairs no sheets. Property not clean, mattress all in stains.

Great location for the theatre, very comfy beds including the sofa bed. Great amenities provided.
Maybe think about having a mat for the shower. I didn't have a problem but my mum said she slipped a bit in the shower

Very unhappy and disappointed in this property and would like to be compensated please.
The house was small but cosy and clean.
It was difficult to use the microwave we had to move it to be able to plug it in. The main bedroom mattress was on a slant and so it was very uncomfortable to lie on. The sink in the bathrooms plug would not come up and so we had to leave it full of water. There was a lot of noise coming from the next house. They started doing building work at 11.30 pm. The noise was horrendous, we hardly got any sleep because of the mattress and then the building noise started again at 5.30 in the morning. This is just not acceptable. Is there a way we can be given some compensation for this as the cost of the house wasn't cheap?

House was Spot on… Everything was lush, Great Decor and the most comfiest Bed! Lovely Bathroom style and spacious bedroom.
I bloody loved the bathroom to a touch but every-time showering it would overflow. The Side draw tables in the bedroom are lush but non usable. Other than that it was a lovely place to stay.

Hôte très réactive quand nous sommes arrivés et que nous avons noté l'état de l'appartement : elle a tout de suite fait revenir la personne responsable du ménage pour nous donner des draps propres.
Malheureusement très très sale, les sols était noirs et collants, des cheveux trainaient partout et les draps n'avaient pas été changés. Heureusement il y avait une serpillère sur place et nous avons pu faire un peu de ménage nous-même.
