Best stay in Southampton

The host was very friendly and informative, they arranged transportation from the airport straight to the apartment for me. Place was remarkably clean as well and the bed was also very comfy. The TV had Netflix on it which was a very nice surprise and they had complimentary snacks and drinks. 100% will be booking again 😄

Genuinely couldn’t think of anything to fault the place on, works fine and lovely, windows are thick so you don’t hear much of what’s going on outside. Really a spot on place

it was freezing. Heating didn’t work. The underground parking was awful there were rats, rotten food everywher, clothes and rubbish and d users down there. Rather of paid extra to stay in premier in next door. Mould was so bad on the windows my mum who has COPD was up all night coughing.

Great central flat with comfy sofa bed

Very clean, spacious, great value for money

Location is not very pretty but what it lacks in aesthetics it makes us for in practically, very central and super easy to get from train station and to the main shopping area.

Absolutely spot on facilities and perfectly positioned between St Mary’s and the main drag of town. There were some little treats with tea and coffee provided. There were also some tasteful Halloween decorations to match the season. There’s nothing that wasn’t provided from loo roll, kitchen roll, fully stocked kitchen and everything was superbly clean. The bed in the main room was incredibly comfortable and the host was so lovely! There was a ring type camera for security on the inner door and climate control. You couldn’t ask for anything else!

The only downside was the location. More than safe being by a main road and being familiar with the area but may be a little intimidating for those who aren’t familiar. The parking is not desirable due to a fair bit of litter and some beaten up cars where the less fortunate sleep however it was very quiet and does the job. This is not the hosts fault whatsoever and if you don’t like it, Six Dials car park across the road is only £12 or so for 24 hours!

Exceptional quality and comfort, high recommendation!!

Hosts were super friendly, very responsive and the place was really clean and smelt fresh. Bed is more like a king rather than a double and also very comfy. Literally everything you could think of was there , from snacks to even a pizza cutter! It honestly felt like a home away from home and would definitely stay there again. Also we really enjoyed the little Halloween touches 👻

We were nearly put off by some of the reviews regarding the location but it’s really not as bad some of them made it out to be, the car park isn’t at all scary and considering it’s completely free parking in a city centre I can’t complain about that either

The shower didn’t work too well as not a lot of pressure the water was a bit on and off! but for one night it didn’t bother me too much.

Big place, nice living room and Kitchen. Bathroom was excellent with good shower. Beds are comfortable. Easy to find.

Only complaint is it is on a main street so there is some road noise but the bedroom is away from the street and it died down after 10 pm

Flat itself was generally ok...except a water lock or something in pipes... Water was either extremely noisy or almost non existent. Also couldn't get sofa bed to work ( and therefore not find the bedding for it)... Made to with spare bedding found under one of the other beds.

The 'free' parking...just a NO. Met with one druggie collapsed, another looking after him. A few others loitering about. A car jacked up on bricks. What appeared to be someone living in a car...and loud music / lights. We didn't stop...did find a rough looking paying car park (£12 or pay to park on a narrow street a bit further away). Worried about what we would find on return...luckily ok.

Fab little find for a short stay!

Lovely clean apartment in a perfect location with lovely extra touches for a comfortable stay. Surprisingly quiet given its location

The sofa bed is quite uncomfortable but this is to be expected as it is a sofa bed. The hallway of the block of flats it's quite tired and dirty but the apartment itself is fantastic!

Beautiful property, we shall stay again if ever in Southampton

Beautiful contained flat with all the amenities needed for our stay. Clean and comfortable and the owner had thought of everything even down to razors in the bathroom and we loved the hamper they had made up.

L'appartamento è ben tenuto, in posizione centrale rispetto al centro cittadino e molto pulito: la biancheria è di buona qualità, sia per il letto che per il bagno.

Mancano spazi per riporre i vestiti per 3/4 persone: l'armadio è occupato interamente da un asse da stiro e non ha un ripiano di appoggio. Non è presente un tavolo da pranzo per 3/4 persone, ma solo una consolle con due sgabelli. Manca pressione dell' 'acqua sia in cucina che in bagno e non si riesce a regolarne la temperatura caldo e freddo. Fuori dello stabile è molto sporco, sia l'ingresso che il parcheggio al seminterrato, dove di notte dormono persone senzatetto in macchine abbandonate
