The location was great, pretty central, walking distance to shopping and sightseeing places. The place is just a bathroom, a bedroom, and a combined kitchen/living room which were small but clean. The kitchen also came with pots and plates and a microwave. There was also a laundry machine which was important for us. Also appreciated the host letting us check out a little later.
The building door and door to the flat were very fussy and difficult to open. If there’s people being loud in the hallway outside the flat you can definitely hear them but thankfully only happened once in the night.

The property was well maintained, comfy and clean . We had everything we needed for the stay including a couple of nice treats from the owners . Really good location and great value for money

Good communication with the property owner/manager. Very clean and had everything we needed. Nice kitchen layout. We were only there for 1 night to attend an hospital appointment and it was very convenient for public transport and shops. Hardly heard the trains nearby. Beds were comfortable, we slept well.
On a busy road with graffiti on walls outside and main entrance door bangs when residents enter or leave. Net curtain or film on lounge windows would give some privacy as people pass by.

L'appartamento è ben tenuto, in posizione centrale rispetto al centro cittadino e molto pulito: la biancheria è di buona qualità, sia per il letto che per il bagno.
Mancano spazi per riporre i vestiti per 3/4 persone: l'armadio è occupato interamente da un asse da stiro e non ha un ripiano di appoggio. Non è presente un tavolo da pranzo per 3/4 persone, ma solo una consolle con due sgabelli. Manca pressione dell' 'acqua sia in cucina che in bagno e non si riesce a regolarne la temperatura caldo e freddo. Fuori dello stabile è molto sporco, sia l'ingresso che il parcheggio al seminterrato, dove di notte dormono persone senzatetto in macchine abbandonate
