Great location, clean excellent communication

No fans or air conditioning

We had a pleasant stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is excellent, with the City Cruise Terminal only about a 20-minute walk away, making it very convenient for cruise passengers. It is also within walking distance of the High Street, Ocean Village, and Quayside Shopping Centre, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. Overall, it was a great base for our trip, and we would happily stay here again. One small suggestion for improvement would be to include a few photos with the check-in instructions, as this would make the self-check-in process even easier for future guests.

The only issue we encountered was that the bathroom sink plug was stuck, preventing the water from draining. I reported this to the owner during our stay but unfortunately did not receive a response. Aside from this maintenance issue, our stay was enjoyable.

There were some building works I wasn’t aware of until I checked in which disrupted the stay. The hallway smelled of weed very strongly. Some of the dishes in the kitchen were not clean on arrival. The beds were not arranged as I had asked.
