Clean and Tidy, efficient host, couldn't ask for more.

Perfect location for local restaurants and good access to our work place during our stay. Building was modern and secure, access was simple. Property was in very good condition and everything worked.

No issues. If I was picky then the communal halls could do with a paint and some ventilation to make them smell fresher.

Great location, Paul was an amazing host who was very responsive and made great recommendations in terms of visiting the area.

The mattresses could use an upgrade; they were a bit uncomfortable. However, Paul was amazing in providing additional bed toppers.

A safe and wonderful stay.

Location was close to the port where I had to get on a cruise. A nice store where supplies can be bought was right by the property.

I had to stock the place with paper products (paper towel and toilet paper) as there was very little left for us. This is not a big deal of course.

Excellent and super comfortable accommodation in top location

The location is excellent, central to the city centre, bars, restaurants, cruise and ferry terminals. Two spacious double rooms, one with en suite and a.hufe shower. Master bathroom has a good sized bath, and open plan loving area is comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need and more. Great communication from property ahead of check-in ensuring we had all information such as how to access, car parking, WiFi codes and so on. Couldn't ask for more from them.

Having to leave so soon, honestly a lovely relaxing apartment that you'll be sad to leave.

The building was under construction and would take off booking until renovation complete. Beds not comfortable , carpets dirty, hallways smelled like pee. Furniture needs replacing , pictures deceiving. Only stayed 3 nts because our flight got cancelled. No closets.

Fantastic modern accomodation in a central location

The location is perfect, really easy to get to the city centre for shopping and leisure as well as the cruise/ferry ports and Ocean Village. The property itself was spacious, very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay including linens and towels. The self service check-in and check-out was really straightforward too. Fantastic modern property with lift access to the floor if you have heavy luggage

Good location, but a noisy, smelly stay !

it was a good apartment in a really convenient location, nice decor, relatively clean

There were some building works I wasn’t aware of until I checked in which disrupted the stay. The hallway smelled of weed very strongly. Some of the dishes in the kitchen were not clean on arrival. The beds were not arranged as I had asked.

This apartment is in very central location, with convenient access to the train station and ferry terminal as well as sh

Great central location with parking, very clean and well appointed. The owner gave very comprehensive instructions for accessing the building and parking arrangements. They also obliged in making the beds up as singles for five older ladies. The towels and bedding were clean and of good quality.

The window blinds don’t block out the bright street lighting. The property facilities detailed a washing machine and clothed airer, which we had wanted to use, but they were not present. We had an issue with a lack of hot water for five people to shower, the owner stated it was a communal water system and there had been no previous complaints so may be a one off. slightly off putting, building was surrounded in scaffolding as the cladding was being replaced, whilst this only temporary and no one was working at the weekend, it would have influenced our choice of apartment had we been made aware of it.

A lovely Southampton Apartment

Our first short trip to Southampton and this was a lovely apartment. A good location close to the marina and town centre. Bars and restaurants very near by too. The host, Paul, could not have been more helpful. We can definitely recommend this property

Think the apartments could add a little more signage to help with directions, but once you work it out its easy
